believe it or not... I caugut a perch that was stolen by a bigger fish before i could put my hands on it.... Well go and figure it out, 3 hours later, i caught the same perch with MY hook and MY braid in its mouth ! The small perch had a big bite on her body so she somehow escape the predator that was trying to steal her from me ! This is a 3 year old video but I'll reply. I had this experience also early in the season and it forced me to move deeper in the woods away from my apple trees that are seen from the road and hunt on colder days on approach trails the deer use. If deer are near the trees, trespassers will push them back toward me. I would sit near the trees in bad weather and I wouldn't be disturbed.

So you moved there recently. I'm guessing people and kids have been playing there for years. And they probably feel like you're the trespasser. If you want them gone you will have to put the children in detention camps. And be very careful hunting next to the park.

I caught with the first rode a big king salmon last year. I like everything about this rod except ceramic leads that breaks in short time after purchasing. Maybe it just a bad luck and coincidence but I fish with this rod a few times.😕
