If you look at the updated video, I may speak about it more, but I believe it was the screaming Eagle oil pump that came separate. I got it from Harley Davidson.

So if you have a not stock clutch basket with a different bearing the bearing slightly moves to the bearing clip if you put it in the press it will move slightly I fix mine with lock tight bearing sealer recently but we will see so mine is a Barnett clutch and the bearing isn’t as tight of a spec as I would like but hopefully you get your together

@TheGasStation1616 Well My Road King Is All Stock And I Don't Beat On It The Fastest I Ride Is 65-70 Mph 😆 But Then Again I Bought It Used With 40K Miles On It So Who's Not To Say That The Scoring In The Case Didn't Happen While The Previous Owner Or Owners Had It, I'm Installing A New Main Shaft Bearing In The Primary Inner Case And A New Race On The Primary Main Shaft The Specs Call For The Race To Be Installed 0.100 To 0.125 Thousands From The Main Drive Gear In The Trans, The Old One Looks Like It Walked Out A Little Over A 1/4 Inch, I Didn't Hear Any Noise Coming From The Primary The Reason I Opened It Up Is Because It Hit 50K Miles So I Decided To Perform An Inspection On The Tensioner, Clutch, Chain, Compensator, And When I Opened It Is When I Discovered The Scoring In The Inner Case From The Flywheel/Ring Gear, I'm Upgrading The Compensator To A Darkhorse Man Of War Comp The OEM Comps Are Junk And Start Clunking Along With Hard Starts After A While.

You can get a custom-made S&S motor with Harley cases the reason why Ultima has the patent to produce The motor or has the choice to produce that motor I believe it has something to do with the years so I cannot put an Ultima motor in my motorcycle because it’s a 2013 but if I had a 1999 I wouldn’t have a problem obviously you can. It’s just not set up for it.

Also Ultima cases are different then Harley’s and I don’t know about metal shavings I blew everything out with air and cleaned very well

Depends on the year of bike s&s makes a tapering race for older models newer models like mine shaft is tapered and you use a knife gap clearance measurement well you should use the tool for both

So what I noticed is that the case is a little bit different when I say that it seems to be a little wider now that may not be the case but the oil line, the port, its self that is drilled from SNS runs to the bottom of the motor Instead out of the back, so are three lines come down to the very bottom of the motor so it’s routed a little different. You do not need a machine shop. This was extremely easy as long as you know how to drill something you can do this job it’s extremely easy with that said you could spend $800 for the transmission pan and oil line and keep your warranty but I am in talks with SNS right now speaking about the warranty and this job. They made it so easy to do it should be warranted.

Yeah I was thinking the same but my local mechanic and friend has a 3rd party insurance for motorcycles so I’ll be doing that it covers the motor.. but yeah I thought about that afterwards

yeah you really got to get after it and pull hard .. 'read the manual in my description on how mechanics use a puller i think there are holes for a screw to get better leverage

Find a power command dealer DYNO TUNE , you can call DYNO TUNE and ask them for someone in your area..I'm in California if your around I can give you a good reference

@TheGasStation1616 i mean yes we did already. I was just under the impression this would be like... bolt on. Anyways getting the bearing replaced, hub pressed in, then I'll start reassembling everything after.

Put the race in afterwards maybe ..do you have a manual, it could be the wrong bearing or race , what was up graded

When I went with the s&s crank and timken bearing it required A different race

@@TheGasStation1616 I’m speaking of the trans main shaft. The race must be pressed onto the main shaft before. The roller bearings at the top sag down and prevent the slide on. There’s a trick to it. I’ve done it before, but I just can’t remember what I did. I’ve been scouring the internet for the trick, but no luck yet. Thanks anyway.

@@TheGasStation1616 AHA! I slid a piece of tubing in the bearing to hold them outside and it slid right on!

I have an updated cam video this is wrongfully wrong and will fuck up your bike..the bearing does top out but you can push to hard and crack the small lip behind the bearing, you want to go far enough but not to far it's a feeling thing..
