This video is from 2 years ago. Im just now putting my clutch basket on, and I was completely unaware you had th make the holes BIGGER for the clutch basket to gear.

@TheGasStation1616 i mean yes we did already. I was just under the impression this would be like... bolt on. Anyways getting the bearing replaced, hub pressed in, then I'll start reassembling everything after.

Future reference, those are just rivets holding the ring gear/sprocket assembly in place. Once you drill or grind the head off you can just pop them out with a hammer and a punch. Either way you still did a real nice job 👍

Really good videos . Its more indeepth then most install videos . What is the barnett basket rated at ? How much hp can it take ? The trask one is good for 300+

I have no idea what it's good for ..it's good for over 120hp and 120torque from what I know ..that's about what my bike puts out at least..thanks for the awesome feed back much appreciated..ride fast and safe my friend..

I think a 20 dollar bearing is not worth the WHAT IF.

It looks like basket blew up. Low milage bike with no breakage you don't need too.

How long did it take for you to bore out the bolts on the clutch basket? That drilling seemed to take quite a long time.

@@TheGasStation1616 holy shit it grenaded on a 2014... How much power are you running? I have a 2015 fxdl, my clutch just went out at 21k and I bought that basket. I figured as long as I'm in there. So I'm not overly excited for this project after seeing you wrestle that bitch. Also did you buy that press just this project? Do you think an Arbor Press will be sufficient? I appreciate the video. also I'm not too happy to buy a bearing just for a clutch job smh fucking Harley.
