Thanks for this video! I am a Hungarian born US Citizen, single like you, and I am looking for a country to retire in, but also somewhere where I could work some as well. I am a certified ESL teacher (day job) and I am an artists, so could teach art classes. A few yrs before Covid I traveled to Hungary due to my father's death, and without planning, ended up doing house flipping there, so I know things about house renovation...Although I am sure it is a different system in each country. I love nature and animals, would be moving with 2-3 dogs...But I only know one family in Italy(who are originally Japanese) and perhaps I can find my Italian friend on Sardegna who must be very old if still alive. How are the people in the Island, and Italy? Is there a way to become part of the community? Are there bohemians and artists? I am now collecting info on the "Move to Sardenia and get paid for it" movement...Any advice for me?

Please do not change any of the internal arches. I feel you would be taking away from the essence of the property. Also, if you put a shower in, remember some people take very long showers and so you will need adequate ventilation with an extractor fan, otherwise you will be fighting dampness and mould. I also would not build up the top of the stairs. Also, all you need up there is good lighting and not a new window installing. It's very pretty. Well done in finding it.

Thank you for all the great videos! It's really nice to see how things really are there and it's great that you tell about all the nuances that you usually only get a glimpse of by talking to the locals or by really living there. One thing that I'm curious about is what you think about the air quality in your area and in the Northern part in general? I've looked at some aqi sites but the data seems to be a bit conflicting. Thank you.
@livinglavitasarda28 күн бұрын
@@postproduction2339 thanks for the love and sharing your thoughts. In terms of the aqi, well as someone who’s lived and traveled in China for 5 years, it’s nothing like that. As you can see in this video, the sky is blue. Now do I see all the chemtrails they spray every other day and then watch how the clouds and often the rain roll in… yes, I also observe that. In fact, there may be one visible in this video but that’s nothing compared to what they do and I find it appalling. However, I see this behaviour all around the world. All in all, I don’t think you can avoid pollutants in the sky. It’s the sad reality of the world we live in.
