Good drmes. I would call it a circle dance though and not a line dance. Hence Kolo means circle.

Can anyone tell me the name of the polka music that is being played in this video? It was one of my mom’s favorites and I’ve never heard anywhere else until now.

There are many different types of kolo. This is kolo, and so is probably your type over there. Invalidating her for dancing a certain way is a bit strange to me.

1:50 Bagpipes are also a staple of Czech folk culture, mainly in Southern Bohemia and the Chod region, as well as in Moravia. There is even an International Bagpipe Festival taking place in the town of Strakonice every year.

Please be culturally respectful and cognizant and know that POLKA is POLISH. POLKA literally means the female form of Polak which is Polka. As in a dancing Polish woman.

Polka is a Czech dance. It is only called that way, the Czech word for 'a Polishwoman', but it certainly originated in Bohemia

Noooo, dont do it!! Dont use ground beef!! I can always tell sarma made by an American because of the reliance on ground beef. It makes the sarma taste like hamburger helper. Depending on ones faith... if the recipe calls for one pound of meat; you can use 1 lb of ground pork; 1 lb of sausage meat without the casings, a mixture of .5 lb ground pork/ .5lb ground lamb, or 1 lb of ground lamb. Hungarian smoked sausage, pork ribs, and bacon from the deli also work to add flavor... just skip the ground beef.
