Hello Sir, is there any chance to get the files of individual loader elements? I want CAD files so that I can order the cutting of elements using a laser/plasma. Thank you very much in advance. You are doing a great job.

Sorry, I did the files at a place I was working at and I don't have access to them any more.

This is by far the best home fabricated front end loader I have seen. Thank you for your hard work and detailed build along! I have an almost identical tractor I would like to build this for (Iseki TX1500). I was wondering if you would be willing to make your solidworks files available for download? I would like to convert the files to .dxf for cnc cutting. I think it will make the project a little easier if I can order some of the thicker/bigger parts from a cnc manufacturer. Thanks again for the incredibly detailed build along and blueprints! This was a first rate job!

Thank you. You can download the plans from the bottom of this page: www.designed-2-build.com/Projects/FrontEndLoader/FrontEndLoader.html You can see some other projects here: www.designed-2-build.com/ if you are interested. Just keep in mind that I am not an engineer and all plans are provided for educational purposes only.

I would use nylock nuts or spring washers on something like a towbar which is subjected to vibration.
@Designed2Build Жыл бұрын
Either should work okay if torqued correctly. This towbar came with spring washers so I used them.

Danke mein Freund

why youldnt you just use a circular saw? what your doing is very dangerous

You obviously don't know much about table saws. As Mark Twain said, sometimes if is best to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
