Building inspectors are public servants, you can video record them all you want while they are in public. That’s unbelievable what the builder did.

@@Glidedon so far the building inspectors I’ve dealt with in this township are great and go out of their way to help! I wouldn’t want to get them upset. Since the Karen video being found by the Karen a lot of people are watching my videos including the township

They tried but thankfully the township allowed me to straighten everything out with one permit, and moved the propane tanks. Now everything is passed inspection and we’re on to other work at the house!

@@jimmanful it turned out my customer had to attend a variance hearing and we lost the variance hearing due to the fact I built the enclosure too close to the property line so long story short I had to move the propane tanks 60’ down the hill and destroy and remove the enclosure which is all taken care of and passed inspection now. Yes at some point I was told that the people on the variance board may come out to see the situation which never happened.

Idk Real Estate seems to make people act overwhelming emotional with their addictions to other peoples property. Kind of mind blowing when you think how BIG earth is. Some neighborhoods are very small when you are doubtful of thier intentions. They do step on your privacy & peaceful day which technically goes against property owners rights. Trying to negotiate is waste of time. Civil court will wake them UP!

I haven’t watched much of the video but if the building inspector said a hearing is needed he would have had a reason. The hearing was done and you lost. Basically you broke the rules and got called out on it.

The inspector didn’t have anything to do with the variance hearing 🤣 I took responsibility for building it too close to the property line it’s all fixed and passed inspection now

I noticed most people do but my customer wanted the tanks away from the house so we wound up moving them down the hill 60’ from the generator

The disconnect housing on mine did the same thing. The boss broke off in the oil pan. I ended up using a 3/16" carbide ball cutter in a dremel tool and cut a groove into the broken piece to the oil pan carefull not to get into the pan. Took about 1/2 hr to cut the slot all the way thru and then part way thru at the top. I could then use a srewdriver to free up that boss and remove it. Cleaned up what I could with small sanding drum lightly. Put a thin layer of axle grease in the bore and installed the new disconnect. Did not need to remove the intermediate shaft.

What state is this in. From your speech patterns I would say in the mid Atlantic. More specific the tri state area of Delaware /Pennsylvania/New Jersey. Possibly northern Maryland. 💜✌️

I agree that your camber looks off with the top of the tire leaning in. I have the opposite issue on my 1998 Dodge ram van. Just the very outside of my new tires are showing heavy wear after just 3k miles. Im replaceing the front shocks as I am getting cupping on that outside edge too. Then I will check the toe, then camber. Thanks for your video.

What liquid solution did you use to scrub the brick with? Was it just water? Also, did the steamer get the white stuff out of the brick?

Should take a closer look on her side. 10ft all clear and up to code? You should be able to move freely on her side as well. Looks like dumping trash needs to be cleared.
