I've been thinking about the realtor route. I get a lot of referrals through former customers and friends, but man I still get a lot of tire kickers man. You sound like you know how that goes. There is noting worse than wasting your time with people who are just curious how much something costs, with no desire to do the job...and I already spent hours looking at it and putting together an estimate...then the freakin a-hole ghosts you 🤬😡

In 2010 I did a job for a Priest, a friend of a friend. The priest was trying to sell his house and the 3 story front brick façade was flagged in the inspection and needed replaced! After I finished the job the Realtor who was selling the house started passing me around on websites! Then she started passing my number to other realtors and I ignored it for six years😂 I was afraid of being overwhelmed and when I finally started answering the calls I couldn't believe it!!! Not 1 time waster! People who actually need the work done and trip over themselves to pay you!

@@PHL_BrownstoneThat’s awesome! I feel like the referrals are atleast decent enough to let me know if they want to go with another contractor, the people who get my name off of google, just call and are like “f that guy” and I never hear from them again 😂😂
