Not true.He is the President of the United States not the President of black ppl. He is to ensure everyone has the same opportunitys as everyone else.If he were to put all his focus in our community he would be just as bad as the previous Presidents we had who only ensured progression for the wealthy and white. The man had bigger fish to fry. I understand Dr. West's speech though. I in fact did not vote for Obama in the Primary for many reasons but I am glad he is our President and he has tried his best to keep his word. When it comes to equality and fairness he has done the best he can to get bills and laws changed to better America as a whole without eliminating or forget the less fortunate or minorities.
