Narrow hall,tub and shower together 👎👎The home of ost too much to be extremely close to another house.Absolutely NO privacy.

The colors are very dull, including the kitchen, hardwood floors, and bathroom tiles, which are all the same dull colors. The closet doors are unattractive, and the homes are too close in proximity. Not a dream home for me?

Beautiful home that is overpriced! Nothing is special about this home. I've seen 550k homes look just as nice with far bigger yards and privacy!

Nice exterior nevertheless the lot is not good, I didn’t see a good size drainage in the front yard and driveway; all the water running down to your house, backyard is bad and erosion will eat your surroundings…

But if that home appreciates 100-200K or more in value, than the cost of getting a new roof would be minimal...and fixing those other issues would be worth doing so in the end. You could be potentially walking away from a great deal.

However, ever since I was a child the name of Jesus has never failed me, when I began to call on his name Even recently, a spider demon with a human face around the size a 42" TV was crawling on my wall when I awoke from my sleep. I spoke the name of Jesus quite a few times and I attained Mercy unto myself, for that because Jesus has the authority for this reason. John 3:35 " He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." 1 John 2:23 "Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also." I believe that God cares for his creation and doesn't want to lose them, because I believed in Jesus and had the humility to honor his name many times throughout my life. I attained mercy through the New Covenant, agreement, or Testament. Only parts of the old still apply. The old prepared place for the New. I believe Love is many things, and is doing many things read 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (KJV) and study the langauge of the time (Middle English) and do for yourself an order of operations properly like you would use in Algebra. A few things I believe Love does it when you matter greatly it is a kindness(: an act to preserve and help you), that never lies to you. John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." John 1:14 "And the Word:λόγος(in ancient Greek) message, expression of God's ideas), was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." For if I read James 1:5 (KJV), do not leave out James 1:6,7, and 8 (KJV), and while we at it live by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. If there are 18000+ religions in the world I know to whom I say go to save me trouble, the name and the ideas that I will confess as Lord to be serving of and to call my friend. Proverbs 4:19 “The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.” A concept of the word is the idea that is behind it or what should pop into your head by what the author is meaning. If you do not have the idea of the word correct you have a misconception and it changes the whole story. Read the KJV, pray for wisdom, pray without ceasing: don't go a day without it.

This same home in the same location and zip code can be built for muchhhhhhhhhhh less. I enjoyed the video but this is robbery and this home is not worth $3 million dollars. I know the market is funny right now but there's no need to rob people. Sandy Springs is ok, but it used to be nice 10-15 years ago. Sandy Springs and Dunwoody are very active with crime right now. I know because I am in the area all the time. That price doesn't align with the home. Great video though.

Mr. Carlton - great video and analysis. Couple weeks late to the video but the summary here is similar to last month and that makes sense as rates haven't moved too much (along with inventory). I'm interested to see what happens from here until the end of the year as there are a few things going on economically that are going to indirectly impact rates. I just read an article today about a series of treasury bonds coming into the market which is going to stuff the supply of treasuries and negatively impact the yield. There's also the student loan repayment coming back in the fall plus the fed keeps talking about another potential rate hike although inflation is trending downward. Market doesn't seem to believe the fed speak so that could be an issue if the fed ultimately decides to hike rates. I'm happy to see inflation trending down, think this will definitely help further normalize the housing market. Fingers crossed this downward trend continues so we can alleviate some of these housing affordability issues. Until the next video, take care!!
