It is indeed a beautiful home. What's the rationale for having two very large unfinished rooms in a nearly 3M dollar home, a custom home at that? Did the seller complete the two unfinished rooms, without additional cost to the buyer, if it's been sold? Ill venture a guess and say no!

Hi Reginald, I would assume the builder left the rooms to be customized by the buyer but I can’t say for sure. Also, the home sold in March for $2.5 Million. 😃 Thanks for watching! 🙌🏾

Hi Mary, thanks for your feedback! I think the builder’s intent was to have the owner customize those unfinished spaces to be whatever they wanted them to be. The spaces have a lot of potential. For instance, the upstairs space could be a playroom, bedroom, office, or storage. Downstairs could be a media room, music or dance studio, or even a movie theater. What would you do with those spaces?

This same home in the same location and zip code can be built for muchhhhhhhhhhh less. I enjoyed the video but this is robbery and this home is not worth $3 million dollars. I know the market is funny right now but there's no need to rob people. Sandy Springs is ok, but it used to be nice 10-15 years ago. Sandy Springs and Dunwoody are very active with crime right now. I know because I am in the area all the time. That price doesn't align with the home. Great video though.

LOL! Reynaldo, have you actually been to this subdivision? 😂 It’s full of new homes and they’re building MORE homes as I’m writing this. Also, where there are old homes there are new homes and vice versa. People have lived on Earth for ages and humans typically live where they want if they can afford it. Supply and demand is basic economics and if the demand is there such as it is in Sandy Springs inside the perimeter (or ITP as the young people call it) then the prices are going to be higher. And yes, while metro Atlanta is still one of the overinflated housing markets in the country, people are still moving here (demand) and if you want to live in an area with some of the best schools with the type of amenities you want in a house, then you’re going to have to pay a premium…AKA Location, Location, Location. The people who are waiting for the “right time” to buy or sell are going to waiting while others are actively buying and selling… Ultimately, if it ain’t for you, then it ain’t for you and that’s okay too. 💯😃
