Ninja 10in1 Bone in Gammon Joint

I hope you saw the Bargain Gammon Joint we bought in our first shopping Haul of the year .
Today we cook that Gammon in our Ninja 10in1 oven .
The Joint comes with comprehensive cooking instructions.
However we prefer to cook to temperature rather than time . So after seasoning the meat we used our MEATER thermometer to ensure the meat was perfectly cooked .
At full price , I'm not sure I'd buy it , Steve said he would .
At the NECTAR price it's going straight in the basket .
This is delicious 😋
It's now been sliced , portioned and vacpacked .
The Bone is cooking for stock .
In total this Joint will yield 24 meals .
So a BARGAIN indeed

So pleased to see that dirty oven penn ,i dumpted mine in the end,even mrs hinch couldnt help😂. our water is very hard here,i used what you use,x lots of elbow....but was beond even me. What a great vlog penn,the colours just popped 🎉❤👍👍

We haven't had ham in a long time because of husband's sodium restriction. Yours and the whole dinner looked great. I used to put a honey mustard glaze on mine. If i was feeling fancy, I'd stud with cloves and put pineapple and cherries on it.

I’m glad that it’s just not my ninja oven that is dirty at the back. That is the only disappointment I have with the ninja oven, it’s a shame that ninja hasn’t suggested / come up with something that would clean the inside casing as I absolutely love the ninja oven. Gammon looks delicious Penn.
