A real pipe welder can see the hoses lol, also the people that tell me that stainless must be welded with low amps and small tungsten need to retire… i weld 123 amps 3/16 tungsten and I sharpen it at a 45* angle. Yes I know my settings are all wrong but they are so right in the right hands.

@Don_keedik alright I could use some help anyway. So I've been looking for a new car for my wife, found 1 at another dealership that was in the company got the car to my dealer and they looked at my used car, said that the windshield had a bullseye and that I needed to replace before trading it in. It was never written down but said fine, my wife made an appointment to replace the windshield. The GM wasn't in that day so I texted him asking if we could talk and I was a little unhappy. The next day we had a meeting and I said that I felt we like had to do more to get the deal done instead of them dealing with the windshield and he said then don't buy the car and I was just was checked out and said I don't even want to be here he said to leave so I did, figuring when things clam down it would be ok. Well the next day was Saturday and my turn to work so I texted my boss and he said don't come in that I had quit, I never said that I quit. Why would I do that before Christmas and with a family but I feel like I should just leave if they really don't care that much if I'm there or not. What do you guys think, still got the car and replaced the windshield for them

Great video, very comprehensive ! Is there a reason why you are welding in pulse mode with the flange, but not on the positioner (elbow to elbow and tube to elbow)?
@bnmperformancefab13 күн бұрын
Thanks man, when I weld the runners to the flanges and collector I just set it to pulse mainly for the flange side so I can get a good pen weld without too much heat. I just don’t switch the settings when welding to the collector cause it would add a step and that would mean more time.

Hey how’s it going man , I’ve been watching you for a while Now , I really Enjoy your more in depth videos on Exhaust fabrication. Do you think you could make a video explaining why are clamps used more rather than 2 bolt or 3 bolt flange style joints. Also another question do you ever make any orders for cat backs? Or single exits or any other exhaust . Other than manifolds . Thank you and I love your work definitely a huge motivation for a beginner fabricator
@bnmperformancefab25 күн бұрын
Most certainly can do something like that. I have offered catbacks years ago but isn’t something I offer anymore. I offer all sorts of manifolds, uppipes, rotated kits, headlight mount turbo kits, Foglight mount turbo kits, grill mount turbo kits as well as front mount intercooler kits
