Great video and channel content!! I want to recommend 2 vinyl releases to you. Mandatory purchases as far as I am concerned. Medieval Death LP and free DVD and the Mordicus “Rights ‘n Trials” LP. If you want to know more, I suggest that you Google this exact sentence: "Medieval Death LP and free DVD + Mordicus Rights ‘n Trials LP". You will be able to check audio, videos etc. \m/

You nailed the definition of "Leather Jacket pop punk" haha. Sugary but not to sweet. Songs about hating yourself but not with the goofiness of the Fat/Epitaph sound ( which I also love). Some other examples are Teenage Bottlerocket, Chixdiggit and Masked Intruder.

Poison Idea IMO is easily one of the greatest bands of all time. If they could have kept it together I think they could have had commercial success. Anyone into hard music references feel the darkness. You should check out their last record 'latest will and testament' which I believe came out in 2006. Shit blows everything out of the water as far as hardcore punk goes at that time. Pig champion STILL had riffs. The song With/against from that album is an absolute ripper. The grave mistake records camp of kids at that time could only dream of writing a hardcore song like that.

Yeah, Latest Will and Testament rules, as does Confuse and Conquer from 2015ish. My intro to PI was By the Grace of God covering Plastic Bomb and then buying the first 3 releases on Taaang! Cassettes for dirt cheap in Boston, as cassettes were getting phased out of stores (late 90s) and that labels stuff was everywhere. Good times!

@@GroundZeroSalem ZZ Top were one of the bands on that tribute album (they did the same song as Jesus And Mary Chain!). I've taken to collecting movie and other types of licensed games. I have a modded, region free PS2. I've grabbed the Conan game, ATHF, The Warriors, The Evil Dead games, Masters of the Universe, hell, even the Mr. Bean PS2 game. The Warriors in the US is pretty insanely overpriced, but the PAL version was fairly reasonable, thankfully.
