When I was a youngster our German Shepherd won 2nd place in a dog obedience contest in Canandaigua, New York out of 48 dogs. We were thrilled! But then we asked who won first place. We were crestfallen-- a POODLE!

He looks just like mine. Mine would have just sat down and not bothered though .

I had no idea they did rescue agility. My all time favorite video I have ever seen of agility. These dogs know what it is really about; joy. Completely delightful to watch!

Absolutely love the first dog. Who cares about competition, it is all about fun! He was so cute and adorable and seems to be so happy. I am glad he is a rescue. One of our 2 we have now is a rescue. We have had him for over five years. He isn't perfect, none of us are, but he loves us and is very loyal. We taught him to fetch ball and Frisbee.

my dog (mutt) does the run up and bark without touching anything.... but she really does want the squirrel..lol my aussie does sheep herding and my mini american shepard does sheep herding too. but when the aussie does cow herding the farmer puts the mini american shepard up on the horse with him while my aussie and the farmers aussie herd cows. the mini is 26 pounds the farmer is afraid he will be stepped on.

My rescue pup (best guess Maltese-Bichon-Poodle) (age 9 mos) has been doing agility training (well, she and I have). No matter if it is our trainer or me on the course with her, she always must do zoomies first. Round and round, picking and choosing what she wants to do. She is an absolute joy.

Pulling up with 5 whippets is nefarious work the opps mever stood a chance😂
