I'm not a fan either. LT folder + lpvo equals almost 2 pounds. Folding stocks are more for special forces, paratroopers, coast guard or law enforcement. Most people do not need it. Just my .02 cents

I have the EPS Carry with the 6moa and I love it. I have the EPS with the 6 moa and it’s so blurry in comparison. I can’t explain it either 🤷🏻‍♂️ Going to try the green next.

It’s close to the Triggertech diamond, outside of that there’s nothing that compares.

If you won’t mind me sharing, I’ve personally never had an issue with PWS customer service. Worked at multiple firearm stores (up until 2018) and the establishments were strong proponents of PWS (and LWRCi for that matter). Ownership and fellow associates never had of any issues with customer service and certainly not QC. I hope that the quality and service is the same as what it once was. Considering that they produce the BRN-180 I’d personally rate the PWS at the A tier minimum. I owned the 6.8 LWRCi and sold it to get a 6.5 Creedmoor PWS. Both great rifles. Not sure if I’ll buy another LWRCi and I don’t approve of them not anodizing their receivers prior to cerakote.

Ben Stoeger speaks very highly of the PDP, i literally just watched a video of him praising it.. It has the best trigger u can get out of the box on a striker fired pistol.. Sure a Zev might be better, but its also a $1500-$1800 pistol 😂😂😂 Look at all the striker fire pistols at the same price point, Walther is easily the best or among the best.. I mean i can say a Zev is trash compared to an Atlas Apollo, but that wouldn't be a fair comparison 🤷🏻‍♂️

I like this list a lot better than the 2023 list. LWRC should be A tier though (even for direct impingement - mine are awesome). Daneil Defense should be at least B tier (mine are super accurate, sub-moa). My PSAs with FN CHF barrels all shoot sub-moa - very happy with my PSAs even though everyone online seems to rate them low. I agree with you on piston guns, I'm moving away from them also. I think they're over-rated. I do have a piston LWRC which is awesome but not as accurate as my di LWRC and DD.

This list was legitimate until you docked Geiselle (C tier?? lol) for price but then didn't dock Knights, HK, and many of the others (Radian, SIG, etc.).

I have 2P 30 SK LEM variants and they are excellent. I like a thicker grip because it distributes the recoil over a wider area in the web of my hand. I would take the HK over a hellcat any day. I even bought a P 2000 SK with an LEM trigger because it was so cheap.

They do the texture aggressive like that because I think most people like it and because you can always sand grit off which is much easier then adding texture. Just my opinion, I could be wrong

I have the compact version. I love it. I bought it just because its the most beautiful striker-fired pistol I have ever seen. A holosun scs and 1000 rounds later and I love it more. Love the ergonomics. It feels great to me. Btw, mine definitly shoots softer than other non-ported pistols in the same weight class. I love this thing.

I think the Humblemarksman covered the metal comp similarly it does doesn't much and not really an addition in his opinion. I do like the bodyguard 2.0 you may give that a whirl if you haven't. That made me want to look into some of the 2.0s, but I like metal hammer pistols so thanks for saving me some money and time! The Walther polymer offerings could be worth a look be well.

I’ve had mixed thoughts on comps. Just shot my 43x for the first time that has a porter barrel and slide. Seems good, but can’t tell a difference

Unpopular, thing I've noticed at many local gun shops is the amount of used M&P performance center 5.0 barrel pistols. Usually, the 2.0s with the hinged trigger and I can usually find at least 2 that look barely used. There definitely has to be a good reason behind that, for sure. That being said, I purchased both of my M&Ps used and put work into the triggers and am very happy with them but I almost always never recommend them brand new to anyone. Not when most of the P10 lineup is still amazing and full-sized Caniks are getting used in competition to reasonable success.

My LWRC has done it all for me.. only thing different was a GEISSELE trigger instead of the original. With a WARCOMP and my BT ROTEX can.. this AR I can go to war with an feel like I am well armed. PEW PEW PEW 🔫🔫🔫 🥳🫡💖

Going to have to respectfully disagree with you on this one. No experience w the Carry Comp versions (I’d probably just opt for a Monsoon or Floyd porting instead). But I’ve got tens of thousands of rounds through M&Ps and swear by them. Sometimes I prefer my Walther steel frame models or my Langdon P30s, but for a striker fired polymer I don’t think that they can be beat once you get an Apex trigger in them. I personally love the ergos and the grip texture. They’ve been dead nuts reliable for me and with an Apex trigger In them I’d personally take them over Glocks or PDPs, both of which are also great guns.

I have 5 Sionics rifles. Their 5R chrome lined barrels are awesome. They are all standard gas ports. They are really accurate barrels. For such a small company to service over 400 police departments and citizen sales is pretty amazing. I would put Colt higher on the list. The 6920 Troopers and 6960's are a value for around 1k. And can be had even cheaper. 80% of your police cruisers have a 6920 in it. And there's no AR rifles on the planet that are more vetted. The BCM Mk2 stuff makes them A tier for me. Probably the best redesign of the M4 upper. And they aren't super expensive. Sons of liberty gunworks...They put together a nice package. But they use a parts supply that's not theirs. Those M89 rails are Icon defense. Who was formerly Mega. All the FCD stuff. The A5 reciever extensions are BCM. Etc...

Just curious on your thoughts on the DTL vs the Type A contractor? Which you like better and maybe why as well as which one is softer shooting and or more accurate? Thank you as always .

Curious about Andro Corp. They seem to use receiver set manufactured by A.O. Precision and they source thier barrels fro Ballistic Advantage. They seem kinda no frills at a reasonable price.

This is the worst list ever guy has never shot 99% of these guns. The Springfield Saint edge not the edge atc is a great rifle comes with one of the best triggers and is one of the lightest rifles
