LOL, kid you not I came to the same conclusion for Temu after I couldn't find another Sports Afield safe under $100 in person after 2020. lol, literally looking for another safe or a replacement for my „5 gun“ (2 ARs, a glock, some mags and an AUG when it has a good day) thin metal cabinet from our version of home depot, because AR #3 will arrive in a few weeks. I was almost biting into my desk when browsing and looking at the price for larger and better safes. I hope Temu ships that thing to my country ;) thanks for popping up with your video at the right time (… again) ^^

I can definitely confirm the fire ratings are completely overrated!! Having been through a house fire, all the so called fire rated safe’s didn’t help any better than a regular stack-on type locker. In my case the Stack-on was actually better. Reason being is that once I was able to dig through the rubble I was able to open them very easily & yes most everything was damaged but some things were salvaged. The fire safe’s unfortunately you’re not gonna get into very easily!! No more keypads or biometrics left & the key is lost somewhere else amongst the rubble, so you have to cut into the safe. Well once opened you have a metal box that everything probably got hotter inside than outside did(big oven) plus the issue with humidity just doubled or tripled. Everything we had in fire rated safe’s were completely destroyed. Paperwork of any kind would fall apart if you touched it, gun barrels were warped, plastic melted & wooden stocks were brittle. Nothing salvageable from the fire safe’s unfortunately. That’s my experience only, I’ve seen others have the same problem while some had better outcomes.
