Hey Kids, Great choice. Great German metal band. I have 4 of their albums on vinyl. My favorite song is "Keeper of the seven keys". From 'Master of the Rings' I like "Why?", "Mr. Ego", & "In the middle of a Heartbeat".

She did great! The show I went to wasn't perfect (what not means she was bad at all!) but the other shows I saw and hear her perform, she nailed it. I cannot imagine anybody else doing it better! 🎩 off

This is one of my favorites. Thank you for reacting! Inner Universe and Warriors are great too. And White Night. Actually everything they perform is awesome. Please react to more Forestella! Also they are phenomenal on their own. Don’t miss Pitta’s songs. And his No Tine to Die cover. Or Phantom of the Opera.

John Allen Hill (so called Two Hawks) is as phony as a three dollar bill, a white imposter for lots of cash, widely despised as a fraud by actual Lakota for decades. They laugh at his attempt to speak or sing Lakota and his cheesy "chiefing" (playing Indian for whites.) It's hard to blame Nightwish for being taken in. Con man comes from confidence man. OTOH a 10 second Google search would have told them. Or even easier, noticing the obvious tanning makeup, as ridiculous as Trump's. The skin near his hairline is three shades lighter than the tanning makeup. If some finds his silly obviously fake attempt at "chiefing" to be "moving" they need to ask themselves why. The obvious answer is they know so little about Natives that the stereotypes Hill pushes seem real to them.

Thank you! This is such a creepy song 🫣😄 Great composition, beautiful voice and orchestra. This is the darker side of Tarja's music... like actually darker sounding music. I am glad you catched that, this song is hint of what's to come... the dark Christmas albums (although I have no clue how much Tarja had the idea of that when she made this song). Wich Hunt and Tarja's other song Empty Dream, for me, are kinda in the same category: horror, creepy songs. Amazing songs! And thank you Petra for this suggestion!

Check out Gamma Ray from their 30th Anniversary Concert feat. Ralf Scheepers (Primal Fear) - Heading For Tomorrow. Kai Hansen on guitar. Epic. Build like classic music. Simply phenomenal. Ralf Scheepers was the original singer of Gamma Ray. Also present are their singer today Frank Beck. As someone else wrote check out Kai Hansen & Friends Live from Wacken - Victim Of Fate. An old Helloween song from the days when Kai Hansen was the singer.

What a lovely reaction! UK Eurovision fan here who was blown away by Nemo last weekend. I've been watching so many reaction videos because I love seeing people go wide-eyed when they let rip with the opera and the rap sections. 😆A truly stunning performance and a very worthy winner. I love the fact that Eurovision has the potential to unearth amazing artists like this and bring them to greater prominence. And yes, it was a very cute moment when Bambie crowned them with their thorns. Lovely. 🥰

Nemo is a wonderful, well-deserved winner: Of course it means a lot that my beloved Bambie became their friend as well, but even apart from the witch loving Nemo I'm incredibly happy with this victory!💖🇨🇭🏳️‍⚧️ Because it's not only a victory of a boundary-breaking song and a masterful composition which "The Code" definitely is, but also the victory of love, justice and equality. Such an outspoken, heartwarmingly genuine artist - the first non-binary person to win Eurovision - speaking about their values and life story on the world's biggest stage had, has and will always have an impact on the ways of society, and in times of regressive politics and intolerance gaining ground all over the world it's such a relief to my heart to see a voice of love and progress winning. And if someone wants to debate about music here: "The Code" is going into countless different genres and merges them with ease, something many musicians fail to do - and Nemo's vocal range and vocal delivery are out of this world. The genres might not be what I usually listen to, and people will surely notice that as Bambie is my personal winner, but I do love "The Code" for what it represents and for the complexity of the art.🌪⚡️💖 I've never talked to Nemo in private life, but even through the screen they come across as someone who embraces and loves the entire world, hence them winning Eurovision makes me genuinely happy.💖✨️ What a spectacular performance in Malmö!🌪💥💯

Well said. Just to add a little bit about the vocal technique - I'm a woman of "a certain age" now, but in my youth I did a lot of classical singing, and then I abandoned it because I wanted to change styles, so spent a few years in my 20s fronting a semi-goth rock band. So I've walked the walk when it comes to merging styles - and what I saw Nemo do with that song was extraordinary. Absolutely mindblowing mastery of vocal technique. I found it really fascinating when they were being interviewed by William from Wiwibloggs and he asked what the most difficult bit of the song was for Nemo to sing. They responded that it wasn't really the high "Queen of the Night" opera bit, which was interesting in itself because that obviously impresses a lot of people the most (their comment was "that's just in my head voice" - meaning basically that being able to hit that note really comes down to whether it's in your range or not; if it is, then it's just a question of hitting it a few times rhythmically, nbd), but - very specifically - the hardest bit was the second chorus, because it was slightly high in that aspect of their range. I immediately knew exactly what they meant. And that's just what was so incredible about the whole thing - Nemo curated every single note in that song to pack the biggest emotional punch possible all the way through. And although what they were doing with their voice was incredibly complex, they made it look easy. All while balancing on a bigass turntable. Amazing. We're blessed to have discovered an artist like that and it's exactly why the juries need to stay in Eurovision. No country would dare send a song as experimental as that to Eurovision if the juries weren't part of the voting process.

Well written! Thank you! I'm Swiss and had to root for Nemo after having only heard the song in the grand final and beeing highly impressed, but in my heart I was a bit more attracted to rougher grittier songs and also had some stupid issues with my superficial non-queer thoughts about eurovision. But this year ESC songs won me over and I can enjoy it. Nemo really pulled out a glamourus epic tv friendly and still authentic and spectacular thing. Deserved. And thinking about it, he represented what I personally like in pop (only was missing a guitar riff here and there, but it had enough other stuff like it is). But still my personal favourites were also Bambi and some other creative and gripping or just super bopping songs and personalities. But I think it's awesome that Nemo and all these talented Artists from this year can now make music with no restrictions of needing to fit into gender boxes. They opened my and many others minds I hope too.
