Andrei! Love your content and wishing you the best of luck in your career journey! Do you have any advice for realtors that are looking to start a new career and get out of the business? I’ve been a part-time realtor for several years now and frankly I don’t think it’s something I want to do anymore. Would love to hear what motivated you to leave the business and how are you found your new passion. When I find unique about your your story is that you are already very successful and then decided to exit real estate, whereas most people leave the industry because they can never find success

Its so gaudy! Wouldn't you say so Fife? I am moving to Chicago and started to look for some videos to check neighborhood and how that have changed since last living in Chicago....came across this and I would not pay a dime for this....FIRE the designer/interior decorator! It looks so uncomfortable, cold and stale!

totally my aesthetic but the height constraints make this place a nightmare for tall people. I foresee many smacked heads up against those beams in the loft area

I’m shocked by how tasteful everything is. If I’ve learned anything from these videos, it’s that the higher the cost, the greater the chance of the interior design being tacky and seizure inducing. I still don’t understand why people mount televisions eight feet off the ground.

This is a great building. It's one of the finest commercial-to-residential conversions in the city. There are three or four spectacular apartments in this building, all with views of the park and lake, but this one is the best, as it has its own outdoor space.
