Far too many dark surfaces. And what's with the floor to ceiling glass looking out at terraces with barriers that block the view? I don't need all that glass if the view out and downward is blocked anyway. Theoretically, it's a very nice place because of location and height, but up there the view is everything, and when your inside view is so dark and the outside view is blocked, it really cuts into the appeal.
