I'll take it (as long as the HOA fee is no more than $145, which is what I'm now paying)! Oh, yes, and somebody else would have to chip in $300K because I can only afford half. Actually, with current interest rates, I think I need to pass LOL. Such a beautiful place with a beautiful view, though. Sigh.

Love the Gold Coast area, my better half enjoys the shopping ( a bit too much at times🤣🤣) , and the dining. Good to see the " Dynamic Duo " back at it again😎😎. Do you remember the cigar bar Club Macanudo that used to be across the street from Bloomingdales? That was a hoppin place on the weekends. I dig the property! Not enough room for us but its in a great location.Awesome tour and vlog my friend!!

Fortunately for me you’re not the owner 😅 On a serious note, the market during the holidays is extremely slow but we were under contract twice. The deals didn’t pan out for various reasons which did not have to do with the unit. We’ve had strong showing activity so I don’t anticipate staying online much longer.

You are the guy that gets listing because he will just agree to whatever price the seller wants to list it for. This unit is not going to sell for 590 even though that's what it sold for last year. It will be between 550-565.
