we love our Blackstone!! We upgraded to the 48 inch one that we take camping!! The paper towel holder lifts up and moves under the griddle itself. Note: Takle the paper towels off because one big gust of wind and those towels are all over the place.

You will be cooking on it all the time. The clean up. The ability to cook everything on it. Now you will want an outdoor sink and work area. I found a nice fold up table at Walmart. It fits under the griddle nice.
