This stupid thing costs $500. If you're going to spend that just get a whole new radio with a bigger display. But to pay $500 for something that lets you add two apps is ridiculous.

Where do I buy it from? Your website only shows the one with 4G only. Also does it work on iD5? And when playing video does the audio sync correctly with the video or is there a lag because of wireless CarPlay?

after I got an update and had a great support contact. Everything works great. But I only use KZbin. I hardly notice the sound delay. But it is there. But otherwise no more crashes. Quick to use etc.

@JoyeAutoTechnology My factory camera on the Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015 does not turn on when it is on the "joyeauto" screen, but it works on the car's original screen, so every time I put it in reverse I have to leave the "joyeauto" screen to be able to see the image.

hello this is scam, i bought for 300 euro two years ago, and now it doesnt work any more, i get black screen all of the sudden the seller says i need to buy new one... no more software updates, so this is big rip off, you buy expensive device and after two years it turns into crap and no sales service don't buy of this fraudulous seller

This device is great it works for idrive 8 or 7 but note you NEED a active 4G nano sim card for this to function. BMW uses wifi to connect to apple carplay/ android auto which is why you can't use your mobile hotspot in this matter or use both simultaneously.

JoyeAuto website says this device is compatible with all 2017+ BMW with wireless CarPlay, but it doesn't work with my 2019 430i. I plug it in and nothing appears on the screen.

I have model WJAN-PLUS Is there a way to update software without using a thumb drive I have a newer Mac laptop that doesn’t have a usb slot,. I have never updated since I initially installed in my car. Is there a way I could I connect my Apple Watch to it when I don’t have my phone with me.

This device is not what you receive. You get a box that does not support carplay or android auto or mirrorlink. These are shown here. You can only use the android apps and you cannot connect your phone to the box for carplay etc. Also the box does not support apple music or apple tv app from play store. This is false advertising! Do not buy!

Be careful. More and more people are having issues with Joyeauto . There is no after sales support and the units are not plug and play in many instances. Back up cam issues and poor audio are common. I wouldn’t buy unless through someone locally.. Joyeauto doesnt care once they got your cash .
