Best way to grow eyebrows is minoxidil foam in the morning and bimatoprost drops at night (or vice versa). I have done this and increased density. 3.) Microneedling, hyularonic acid and castor oil have no good evidence. 4.) If minoxidil is not working, then add some tretinoin at night to upregulate sulfotransferase and convert into a responder. 5) Latanoprost can also be used for hair growth and can be swapped with bimatoprost. 6.) Buy generic bimatoprost as it is much cheaper than brand name Latisse. 7.) Minoxidil foam is less irritating and dries faster than the liquid version. 8.) Red light therapy might help grown and darken eyebrows.

I do have them and also eye bags, they are also not that attractive or important as you imply. It's literally a random feature that wont make or break your face nor add anything significant. Even looking at the best and worst pictures you used, they still don't affect the face at all. In fact some of them looked worse especially the bigger ones.
