Tension in lower/ middle face . The folds can develop because your face muscles are pinched inward from constant micro expressions. You will need to learn to develop facial awareness to keep your cheek muscles lifted. Do a slow medium pressure massage with oil to feel the muscle, release the tightness and lift it upward and outward into place . These can go away pretty quickly. Smiling will give fine lines but not deep folds as you are young. Smiling is actually good for your cheek muscles. Be sure to tone all muscles in your face, along the jaw, and neck to keep the fascia in place. There are good tik toks on this
