Only certain fillers are considered safe in upper eyelid area that have smaller molecules. There's always a risk of blindness that ideally your ophthalmologist should tell you and risk of infection and swelling. Most procedures go without complications. Most eye-related surgeries carry a lot of risk, IMHO, it's easier and safer to learn proper social skills after you fix obvious glaring issues. The risk/reward for eye surgery is just too high.

There are 18 complications in the last 10 years that was tracked in a study on NCBI and a 0.05% rate of complications for HA injections. Fat injections require more skill bc the surgeon has to shape the fat molecules in place unlike HA that is fluid and easily fits into any space it's injected to. Fat stays in theory for a lifetime, HA stays for 2-3 years depending on absorption and type of HA you are using and what body area. I didn't know what this was or this was even a thing but all I knew was, I liked oriental girls and I wanted my eyes to be smaller like theirs and so I would just pinch my eyelid and drag down the corner of my eye (near the nose) and you could immediately see my eyes getting smaller. Release your fingers, and then use your index finger to go to the corner of your eye (next to the nose), and just drag it down.

I don't remember you mentioning this, but I potentially missed it. What is stance on lateral canthoplasties? I was thinking as a potential "surgical trial," prior to custom implants of trying: lateral canthoplasties, along with under eye lid, and fat grafting to the lateral and anterior brow ridges. I was consulting with Dr. Eppley for these amongst a couple other procedures, and I'm at low normie level in this area, 3 - 4/10, potentially up to 5/10 if my haircut is on point...I had FUE surgery to lower my hairline and raise my beard line, which the hairline lowering seems to have camouflaged this area slightly, .5 - 1 point, obviously not as much as I'd like.

@@DennisG9 Mewing is said to change thw midface to it's natural shape and position (less downward, and thus smaller) and to make the mouth palate wider, making your cheekbones more outward and forward, which further reduces the ratio between the height and width of the face. Also, some claim the jaw adjusts to the new form of the maxilla, both in it's shape (becoming wider) and also in position (as the maxilla is reset to it's natural shape and position, that is less downward and more forward, the jaw has the space to rotate to it's natural position).

@@Happinnes44 I'm not really sure if I can help, but I'll try. I guess try to make it look like it's not that far from each other. Maybe try to squint your eyes a little bit. Also, if you have the same eyes as the guys on this vid, then I advice not to look at guys, they might take it the wrong way. As for women, you'll know if they're bothered by it or not. If they're not, they usually look at you back and give you a small smile (makes finding a mate easy). If they don't and they're bothered by your stare then just bow your head and apologize. I've experienced women telling me that my stare makes them melt and also others who are bothered by it. It's not a positive always.
