an saiyan transformation would get ben to use super saiyan 1-4 plus oozaru and golden oozaru, but like said in dragon ball, the saiyans have the zenkai boost where they get more powerful every time they are an near death situation, in other words the ultimate version would be much more stronger (base is much more powerful and has enhanced saiyan transformations with some new ones). in theory it is an very powerful transformation for ben, however ben does not know on how to use Ki, he would probably use brute force and maybe transformations but this transformation requires mastery more than anything and for the record ben do not mastery the use of every alien he uses, one example of one he has mastery over is diamond head and one where he has no mastery is chromastone (he can do various thing but ben only uses his flight and energy absorption most of the time) and again saiyan transformation would be cool to see, but ben will probably not use it right you are right because goku would have the upper-hand here because realistically ben would never use alien x with no good reason or to just an simple fight even if he has some degree of control of him without the need of belicus and serena.
