Operator has no idea how to aim and shoot a Sig P Series Pistol. It's a "combat hold" on the sights. all three dots lined up right across the middle of the target. Your'e aiming way too low!

I tested a small waxed paper wrapper from a piece of salt water taffy. It didn't ferro rod ignite initially, but once I tore three little strands on it, it quickly ferro rod ignited and burned impressively. I folded and stuck two wrappers in my wallet, since they're so thin.

The Black is Not a Coating: Its Called Black Oxide and Quality Control Has Nothing to do with the Treatment on Stainless Steel... It is the Most Cost Effective and Durable way to have a Black Non Reflective Surface for Stainless... Speaking .40, you are exactly right! The glock groups better when fast shooting, does recoil with authority but recovers its target quicker.

Sorry boy, but if you don't have knowledge, please stop spreading such misinformation, exactly the opposite is the case! The slide from the "Made in West Germany" model was forged and was way more durable and solid (compaction of the microstructure). The new one are cnc-milled only just for economical purpose only, the quality was dropped, but today the unlimited greedy investors, managers or shareholders don't care about low-quality, they care only about high-profits!
@georgemhaylov7252 Жыл бұрын
Haha, so according to you, Sig started milling the slide to save money? Carbon steel is usually more durable than stainless steel but the stamped and welded German slide could not handle 40sw and 357sig and they had to go with a milled one. Bad corrosion resistance ( no matter the coating) and welded connections are the weak points in the old slides. If you shoot 9mm only in dry areas, the German is fine and may be even better for the purpose.

How much does the west German version cost? Is the one you have for sale? Where can I buy the modern aluminum grip?

I know that everyone just wants to show how a new rifle or pistol groups to show accuracy. Do you think we would get bored watching you make sighting adjustments to get that Perfect grouping? I know i wouldn't. It would also show how easy or not sighting the rifle is ion real time. Please consider it. Liked.....Subbed.....Rang Bell

Thank you for your interesting video. I can tell from your cadence of shooting that our styles of shooting are similar. On your second series i think you may have rushed that third shot.

Cool video. Probably just a worn old seal in the 2250, should be easy to fix. Typically you can leave CO2 in them for a long time without issue if you add a little oil occasionally.

I had a west German 226 . I broke the trigger bar at about 26 thousand rounds . I bought the gun used so I don’t know what it had though it before. I sent it to Sig for a repair which cost me 85$ for a total refurbished pistol.

West Germany sigs only true made best ever nope not us made they or not real sigs problems quality not there is why sig got sued and if u got the real west Germany one keep it never be another like it best made ever Swiss marked police in to tone or rare

There is no comparison had both US and german made sigs . The German ones were better . The fit and finish the trigger the reset the accuracy. I’ve never had a jam with a 220 or 226 german made . Even if there were equal in reliability the german one feels better the weight distribution feels better on the stamped slide . I will say the U.S. made stainless slide is a stronger design needed for 40/357 sig but does make them feel off balance compared to the German slide . The German sigs had more hand fitting and also look better. What’s funny is beretta 92 made in us has no difference then Italian 92 except in roll marks . I would be careful with the half german half US sigs . I’ve heard issues with extraction and there is different generations with different length extractors .
@georgemhaylov7252 Жыл бұрын
If you shoot 9mm only, in a dry place with no intention for making any upgrades, the German one should be your first choice. For everything else the US one is not only better but may be your only option.

I bought an AR7 in 1964 when Armalite made it. I recently bought a Henry AR7. I put a cheap scope (OMMO 3-9X40 Rifle Scope) on it, but it took me some research to find the correct quick release rings (Redfield 47327 .22 See-Thru Dovetail Rings). The gun shoots great, 1" groups at 100 feet (with some brands of ammo). I know exactly where to mount the scope on the built-in rail, but I must slide it on before attaching the barrel. I only wish that Henry had made the inside storage compartment of the stock able to accommodate a scope attached to the action.

Thanks for the review... I'm currently shopping for a 226 and really like the German made version. Several hints in the video leads me to believe your preference is the domestic version... Would you say the recoil is exactly the same with both pistols? Did you purchase both at the same time? Thanks...

Kind of odd because whether you buy a complete rifle from bravo company or you’re buying a picatinny rail attachment for a rifle you always get a fat grip of stickers.
