Advice = it's a small hole. You dont need a submarine. Just drop a weighted down camera that's capable of thouse depths connected to a rope and look around.

Are you adding a liquid to your electronics enclosure? You can use oil to compensate for the pressure change and then connect to a separate container to move fluid in and out as pressure changes when you go deeper. Also have you thought of using blue/green light instead of white? Blue/green does not reflect light as bad as white and it will penetrate the water better. On your cameras try fix focused in water instead of auto focus or fix focusing in air
