Did this yesterday. First dive of my life and did it straight from the highest point. Followed closely what others were doing and lucky enough to be safe. Wasn't aware/nobody told that I should keep my head straight so did get a slap on my upper lips as I failed to keep my mouth closed. Probably practice from smaller heights one or two times before attempting directing from the highest point. In hindsight I later found out that I was lucky!
