Might as well 'skip school' for what makes you feel happy and fulfilled. CWL was a monumental part of my life in the early and mid 80s when I worked there. I met my wife of 32 years there and I whole-heartedly believed the Park was my potential future. While Cedar Fair and Six Flags have made North American amusement parks a more generic offering to the masses in the 21st century. I can tell you CWL was truly a unique place in the 80s as a genuine Canadian experience. I have lots of stories to share.

God I miss Cedar Point, used to go every year when I was a child 12-14 years in a row we even stayed in a hotel in the park got Early Access. But that's a pretty nice park right there and sure beats what I did when I skipped school lol. Great video man you have a future ahead of you skipping school or not very intelligent. I went the day after on Thursday June 2nd and the first hour from 10 to 11 was good, I was able to go on Yukon over and over because of the single rider line. Then a bit past 11 it got really packed. So maybe Thursday’s and especially Friday’s is the most packed for a weekday. But Monday to Wednesday should be perfect especially if it is a cloudy rainy day!

That's because June 2 is a PA day for all schools. Which means its gonna be as busy as a weekend usually is.

I have hockey in Vaughan every Thursday so I always come for a few hours!! Yesterday I got 8 coaster rides in less than 2 hours!

I think June 2 (election day) may have been a PA day for many schools - it certainly was for York District elementary schools. Took my kids and it was relatively long lines. Especially for food. Getting food was a nightmare.

@@TylerCocci We got on as many rides as the kids cared to go on - younger daughter and her friend aren't fans of the Big 3 coasters but we did as much as they wanted and realistically the lines still weren't as long as a typical weekend outside of the Big 3 and the Bat. You had to wait a few turns to get on a flat ride but that really isn't that bad, although not as good as a typical weekday in May/June.

I agree highly recommend I have been there few time in a week this year and amazing different in lines compared to the weekend if you can do it Come on week day may and June Yesterday I was able to get 18 on behemoth so I say if you love Marathon these are days come for you 🔥

i went on June 9th (for my first time ever!!) and there were about 9 school busses for field trips but the lines were very short/non existent!

@@TylerCocci even tho i was there for 10 hours, it still wasnt enough to get on all the rides because some of them are addicting lol. My favourite one was probably the fly, it's smooth and quite fast. Some people say the fly hurts them, but it doesn't hurt me, maybe because I'm anticipating the sharp turns. Next time i go i will definitely go on behemoth, yukon striker, and possibly leviathan because it looks so fun!!

@@TylerCocci also, my least favourite has to be dragon fire just because it rattles me so much lol. My least favourite attraction there is the bumper cars (KrachenWagen) because; 1. Takes 10 minutes for 50 seconds of activity 2. There isn't a warning sign about the electrical gate above that powers the cars 3. The cars don't work if people are too close because they don't get enough electricity. They should honestly just put batteries in them lol. Do you agree that they need to change most of the speakers there? It's not a suggestion for luxury, it's a suggestion for safety because while they read the instructions, nobody can understand them 😂

Careful. Education is very Important. Don't get in to Trouble but trusted you Coroperated there. I see it got kind of Rainy there. Vortex has been there for a long time and looks well Maintained. In a way have you Noticed some of the Ride operators say ride on or Enjoy the rest of your day here at Canada's Wonderland?

Haha don't worry! Most of my finals are already complete 😂 - Some of the ops are fun and do still say the classic lines! Rideeeeeeee on is 100% my favourite - I always love when they do.

As a Matter of Fact on a Busy day one ride Operator who worked the Bumper cars some rare people weren't Coroperating or Following the ride Instructions as the signs are big and say one way it just the way it is she was Spot on while I was waiting in line and right beside her. I just Smiled at her for doing the right thing and a good job. She said I'm Stopping the ride in a calm voice or your off if you don't comply as she said most are going the wrong way. The Dragon Fire is so much fun I loved and the Spinovator and Brifly when the ride stops it Reverses Backwards. Splashworks wasn't open at the time I was there but looks OK but I would plan early to go there as it would fill up later in the day. I'm sure there is some pretty Cool and Awesome guys or Men's Swimsuits in that Waterpark. In this Generation most are pretty cool Designs. 😎 The Racers are fun I have done at Calypso in Ottawa and Cultus Lake Chilliwack B.C and the huge Raft Slides

It was empty because it was a rainy day. We skipped school 3 separate times and all three days were packed. Two of them were more busy than a weekend at 95% capacity. One of them was June 2nd, just a day after you were there. The line up for the pizza pizza in kidzville went almost to the entrance of kids land... over an hour wait for food on a weekday. The other days were a tuesday and a thursday in June and the line up for leviathan was over 100 minutes long on one of those days. :(
