An extension ladder section works great for a guide as well.

honestly I really liked this. I don't need to see a million what tools to buy or how to build storage or the perfect blank for your shop video. I just like this kinda thing because I do have some of these and they're just taking up space atm.

I like the diaper bag one. The only problem I see is someone swiping it from you will be really disappointed to find diapers, and so will you when you have a loaded diaper and no clean diapers!! 😂😂

I aquired many at my job as maintenance always toss them. I turn them into holders for Minis and figurines. Being a gamer and all, they make organizers and more. Just have to get more foam thats about it. Great work by the way.

My Craftsman Table Saw model 113.298031 will not go 45 degrees. I cleaned and greased the Saw tilt screw assembly. After lubing the screw assembly turns smoothly. With the motor/belt disconnected, I manually tilt the saw blade tile assembly and that does not even go 45 degrees. It only goes as far as 35 degrees, it hits against the two nuts that secure the whole tilt assembly to the table saw. Any suggestions?

I liked your video. Some of the tricks you mentioned I’ve used but I’ve stuck to typical capabilities because I have had some bad experiences by trying to “stretch the limits”. In addition I would highly recommend the Granberg mills, for several reasons but the primary reason is they are extremely reliable. The tubular metal on the cheaper mills collapses and then you have to make tubular spacers to go around the bolts, that fits in to the square tubes that are collapsing. Thanks for your video.

Those cases are for real contractors who have to go from job to job. Not for youtubers who think they're carpenters and don't understand that an inner shell is part of structural integrity. P.S. that cutting board looks terrible and unsanitary.

Just built a Portable Dewalt T-Stak ARB AirCompressor for my Truck, will post a video soon, plugs into a 50A Anderson plug, and all the wirings hidden in a junction box with the ARB RockerSwitch, Anderson plug, and the Compressor, with room to store the 27ft air hose, tyre inflator gauge and the 10m Anderson lead 👌🏼👌🏼

I understand the gun case, but I don't get the reasoning, unless it's a cheap firearm that came in a cardboard box, instead of a nice case. I do feel you missed an opportunity not cutting it out for two, so it's more useful, and has a bit more justification of the idea, but they were all good ideas. I've done the same at home with both old tool cases and gun cases, so they don't sit collecting dust

Good job - I am available for consultation if you want to do a job like this professionally. I generally charge $75/hr. I kid, I kid. Very nice. I think I’d try to find a way to make the mirror a little hard to open in case any nosey people start snooping - like a pin o top that prevents it from moving

Second comment: PLEASE take a woodworking course! Your manner of using your power tools show you take a lot of risks you don ‘t need to take. Here are the three biggest that I saw: - You don’t “extend” a chop saw by raising up the board. Use an alternative method. A sliding miter saw, a track saw, even combining a saber saw with a good straight edge are safer ways. - Your table saw blade is WAY to high. The blade should just barely break the surface. - NEVER combine a miter sled with a fence on the table saw. Doing so sets you up for a kick-back. The solution is to have the fence / length guide end just before the wood meets the blade. Give that piece some free space once it’s cut free.

I saw an ad for a commercially made version of this. I believe the cost was about $600. To be fair, the commercial product was sized to fit between studs, had concealed hardware, and a lock. I’ve made something similar - an access hatch for plumbing - and, in place of the usual hardware, set powerful magnets into the surrounding molding and a thin steel sheet on the hatch cover. Magnets hold the cover in place but a firm tug will open it.

I chuckled at the first born storage. Before our daughter was born, we were living in a small one-bedroom condo so space was a premium. I had a bunch of Rubbermaid totes that I stored gear in for quick and easy loading of the truck for camping/kayaking trips. The thought of one being a crib didn’t go over well with my wife, though after a few months she did admit that it wasn’t such a bad idea. Unfortunately, too common in our marriage. A dewalt diaper bag is pretty cool.
