if you were to grind down the JB weld so it seats even there would be no leak there. Either that or just throw some bead sealer on it. I know you already sold the wheels but someone else might find this info useful.

flutter happens when the bov is too tight . clockwise means you get your bov's coil less preload and it gets softer .So even if you dont understand it you did it right

Careful on the aluminum ones.. monkey mechanics with power tools may mess up your wheel bore. Plastic is safer.
