He fed some of his victims to his pigs, which were in turn sold for food.

Well, go by the letter of the law in nearly every jurisdiction and all FE employees WOULD have a duty to report the bodies, as the criminal code in the vast majority of States in the USA (and most other countries for that matter), which supercedes ALL Fazbear policies, to report them to the authorities or risk becoming accessories to murder after the fact, and given that most, if not all, of the FNAF games take place in Utah, which holds a maximum sentence of death for murder, ANY FE employee who found said corpses would also have a strong incentive to report them, as you don't want to be facing 5 counts of accessory to felony murder in the first degree in a state where that could lead to a death sentence. FE could certainly try to coerce employees to not report the crime, which is in itself a whole new set of crimes, but they'd be 100% dependent upon all employees privy to the knowledge of their past crimes actually cooperating with the company coercion. Not impossible or even improbable, but definitely a huge risk the company's taking, as every manager or owner from that point forward, is also becoming accessories after the fact to the same 5 counts of 1st degree murder.

So I have a theory that the faz-wrench does not deactivate animatronics. It sorta reboots them as an example, eclipse does not deactivate because you reboot him. Roxy does not deactivate entirely because she was rebooted and deactivated temporarily

While looking into this theory again, I think I might’ve found another reason is to Chica’s Odd behavior. We know the Bonnie bully is probably Cassie’s dad, who is the say the Freddy and chica bully are also back. It could be possible that they are inside glamrock Freddy and Glamrock Chica? Especially when you consider Chica’s jumpscare and shattered jumpscare has less movement compared to Monty, Roxy, and even Freddy’s jumpscare. This is more speculation than a theory, but I love to hear anyones thoughts on it? 🤔

As far as the animatronics from the MCI not being able to tell the difference between William Afton and other security guards, it's likely their cameras and GPUs were quite low res and they'd be seeing a pretty badly pixelated face. Just look at how detailed the graphics in Atari 2600, NES and Commodore 64 games were to get an idea of the likely qualify of sight the animatronics would have had. It would be hard for them to tell faces apart unless the difference was massive, such as the difference between a white skinned and a dark brown skinned person, or wildly different facial structures, such as a very round face vs a very narrow, long face.

I like Roxy, however as fan favorite she went from enemy to friend, to mysterious plot device. When first seeing the forklift pinning down Roxy, I could assume it was an accident, yet there is that issue of the Mimic using Gregory's voice to lure in Cassie and in that voice, he tells us about his friend. Assuming it to be Greg the friend was Glam Rock Fred. So, when the Mimic was talking to us, was it lying about the friend or is there another lurking in the shadows to free the Mimic?

I love how you're completely forgetting that the animatronics have "brain" chips in them. THAT'S why they're still haunted. They likely designed new endoskeletons, which needed new suits to fit them, but they either cloned the contents of the old chips onto new ones, or straight up just mounted the old ones into the new endos. It's much cheaper to port over the old programming, and update it to work with the new bodies, rather than re-do all of it from scratch. Especially if we're talking about the late 80's/early 90's, where computer parts and programming would be very pricey.
