To me it didn't change anything. It was clear to me they programmed/trained her AI to crave food. But it's also clear she gets zero satisfaction from it. Chika is slowly starving to death, only she can not die. The longer it goes on the more insane she becomes to the point where all there is, is pain and hunger! 😢

Fighting off the hacking and corruption that the Glitchtrap virus causes makes perfect sense. Remember: Freddy clearly states that he and his bandmates are not programmed to harm anyone. Roxanne and Monty never realized they were corrupted until it was too late, but Chica did her best to fight it off. None of them deserved their ultimate fates.

I always felt bad for Chica because her boss fight was forced. With Monty, he was attacking Gregory, so it was self defense, with Roxy, she jumped in the way, but with Chica she was baited into a trap. Once I watched a full playthrough, I felt so bad for her and I hated how she was destroyed, and this just makes it worse TnT

Love how everyone thinks she's "mindless" but I always SWORE she was the smartest one between her, Monty and Roxy. Literally, Chica was the one who ALWAYS found me when I used hiding spots in the game. But the other 2 NEVER got me in hiding spots. Even if I hid right in front of them. Chica would get me in them even if she was HALF WAY ACROSS THE DARN ROOM. Glam Chica is a REAL threat.

Another point are the voice lines in Help wanted 2 in I believe the western themed minigame, when shot, she complains about how she’s starving. “Back off, I’m starving!” And “I need to be fit!”. It just makes it all so much worse for me personally. Because Fazbear Entertainment seems to have engineered Chica, like her past selves, to be the main character to promote their food. But the fact that there is a robot with a seemingly forced eating disorder, regardless of whether she herself felt unhappy with her body/diet or if Fazbear forced her to starve, is just showing how much trauma she has to deal with. Because while I understand that a robot might obsess over a change in how they look/usually are and develop to be insecure about that (Roxy), the fact that a robot, who shouldn’t need to eat in the first place!, is plagued with a such human problem, feels harsh. You can make the argument that an eating disorder made her more relatable, Fazbear entertainment is known to be shady, after all, it only makes her suffering more notable for me. And that is on top of the stress eating of literal trash.

Yeah, both Roxy and GR Chica have been pretty badly treated by Fazbear entertainment... I mean, you can find a note to employees that states that Roxy was intentionally given a Programming Block to make her lose races after she kept winning when her course was opened... ...Keep In mind that Roxy is a _Racing Champ_ by her programming. She is _Supposed_ to be a difficult opponent... Yet Fazbear Entertainment made her intentionally lose against kids. What likely does not help is that Roxy's Optical Upgrade was supposed to help her "Win races"... Yet they never said they removed the programming block that made her lose in the first place... And those Optical Upgrades also made her start talking to the robots as if they were in front of her... While said robot was on the other side of a wall. It was stated in the Optical Upgrade note that "Customers were complaining" about Roxanne's behavior, implying this caused her popularity to tank. And yes, I am aware of Chica's intentionally programmed eating disorder. It is stated that her eating Disorder is making Fazbear Entertainment consider decommissioning Glamrock Chica... ...And judging from how Roxanne started becoming more worried about her appearance, it may imply Roxanne caught wind of it... And ended up thinking that if she isn't at least pretty to look at, she too will get threatened with Decommissioning. So yeah, Both of them deserve better.

Lemme lay out the stuff here in how I view it: Chica is programmed with an advanced AI to think and act more like human, like the others, and each of them having their own personalities, and Chica is the caring babysitter/mom animatronic of the group. She most likely hates being forced to do things, and feels a lot more free when she’s with children, but the virus forced her to hurt Gregory, who is a child, and she obviously wasn’t a fan of that, and tried to fight it off. Now, the reason Vanessa told only Chica Gregory’s name, is probably because she thought she would make Gregory come out with her calm aura and soothing voice, but the virus made her sound a lot more aggressive, and that’s another reason for her to break down. That’s just how I see it, and yeah!

Roxy cries because without Cassie being at the pizzaplex she has no friends at all unlike the other cast members who have lineages and lots of fans. Monty has the Bonnie lineage(see ruin) freddy is the face of Fazbear entertainment(opening cutscene for security breach) and chica is the one remaining supporter from the past incarnations of Freddy's bands. Roxy suffers crippling depression throughout the game, due to this she can be seen and heard trying to psych herself up and snap out of it during a scene in her green room. Freddy even tells Gregory NOT to exit his hatch during this scene so that they can navigate safely at which point noticing Freddy, Roxy tells freddy to 'get out of my room'. To which he replies 'Ok im going, im going.' and he and Gregory walk away with Roxy none the wiser. Roxy hates Gregory because she could see him shatter the other animatronics due to her eyes letting her see through walls according to a maintenance log; 'she can be seen interacting with other characters through walls as though they were right next to her', so she could see Monty and Chica's shatterings if Gregory does them before hers. So she knows Gregory to be an enemy at this point.

@@baisakhimukherjee7524 I'm more inclined to believe Roxy was just mimicking Cassidy, if you pay attention in Roxy Raceway; in Ruin. you'll notice a lot of things that indicate Cassidy was the one suffering actually. Also all of them were trained by the mimic program sense its very obvious they got taught by it shown in Help wanted 2. The Glamrocks are still just robots, they only have certain personally traits because of the mimic program, they probably saw hundreds or even thousands of children and adults who would have the same personalities, thus mimiced them.

Both the pep talk she gives herself at the beginning and her crying in her room seems to show that while she often will say “I’m the best!” she may not really think it deep down. Her insulting Gregory could also be out of this feeling that she is not good enough (which she even says in Ruin). Being shattered exacerbated this insecurity, recognizing she was disfigured and not even being able to see afterwards. Still, she held onto the false sense of confidence with lines like “I am still beautiful” and “I just need a little work done.” And the line “Everyone still loves me, right?” seems to be that insecurity showing.

I really hate how she's looked down apon by thr fandom and Steel Wool, she had so much potential with being a guardian or being redeemed but no, they threw her into the trash and forgot all about her. The way I see it, both Sun and Chica actually fought against Glitchtrap's control. Both were the friendlier animatronics of the Plex, and could be seen crying hard when no one was around. Both tried to fight their own way with their own coping mechanisms, be it in Chica's jerky movements and eating habits, be it in the many arrows Sun (who developed OCD, by the way) drew around the play structures or the way he banished Gregory (few people noticed, but how many seconds did we have after that until the entire Plex was in darkness again? Now imagine to be trapped inside the Daycare, with all lights off, without generators, with Moon free to kill, for an hour... Yes, Sun saved our lives).

It still saddens me that she wasn't picked as our companion in Ruin. Idk,it just felt like it would make the most sense. Two of the animatronics design based off older animatronics. Freddy who's of course the main face. And Chica, who might not been as popular as foxy or chica, is lore relevant. "I was the first, I've seen everything." Og Chica was one of the first animatronics to have a soul attached by a kid not connected to the company owners. She had to watch other kids like her meet the same fate. Even without a child soul,Feel like her breaking from it and helping would've been so neat. Just be poetic in a sense.

Theory: She is depressed as she really misses Glamrock Bonnie and Cowboy/Glamrock Foxy as they are the OG crews (like close siblings like best friendship) and I believe that many other, animatronics (like Monty and Roxy) have been brutally destroyed by Vanny or the mimic; hence Monty and Roxy survived who were later corrupted by the virus. If you put yourself in her shoes seeing the world around you go in hell and you can't do anything. She is crying due to the loss of her friends and she is powerless to stop. the. I think ties to her behavior that she eats all the food she sees as a coppin mechanism for her depression.

But in Help Wanted 2, during the Bonnie Bowlings game, there were 2 TVs right under the ceiling, right? And at a moment, you would see a Bowling Ball Monty crushed the Bowling Ball Bonnie. So in some others' opinions, it seemingly likes a case closed about the murder of Bonnie, because it seems obvious that who is the true killer now. But I still have some doubts, like how could Monty be the killer if he only got his claws upgraded after Bonnie went missing?

While looking into this theory again, I think I might’ve found another reason is to Chica’s Odd behavior. We know the Bonnie bully is probably Cassie’s dad, who is the say the Freddy and chica bully are also back. It could be possible that they are inside glamrock Freddy and Glamrock Chica? Especially when you consider Chica’s jumpscare and shattered jumpscare has less movement compared to Monty, Roxy, and even Freddy’s jumpscare. I've always liked the idea that the Glamrocks really aren't evil at all, that it's only Glitchtrap that's making them say these menacing things and hunt him like this. They certainly implied that with Chica's twitching and crying, and they gave even more depth to it in Ruin, with that emotional Roxy moment. Monty was probably nice and cool at some point. We see the same thing with the Daycare Attendant. He desperately urges us to keep the lights on, because he knows what he's capable of when they're off. When they do turn off, he literally screams "I WARNED YOU!" and starts pulling at his face, desperately trying to hold himself together and stop Glitchtrap from taking control. In Sun's room behind the Daycare, we see that everything is extremely vandalized, which may have been Sun trying to fight back against Moon and destroying his room by doing so. It's the same way with Monty, whose room is also very messed up. I think this adds so much depth to the characters.

Once again, you’ve made an amazing video. 😀👍 I hope this video does a good job, because this is the one video that goes in depth to how and why Chica cries, and gives a good explanation. I have two more theories that I’ve thought about that you could use: First, If Cassie has no clue as to what happened to Bonnie, even when she mentions her dad never told her why, then why does the AR Monty plush have a description that states, “it’s hard to look at”. Is it possible that instead of Cassie thinking that Monty is responsible for Bonnie’s replacement, maybe when Monty replaced Bonnie, people (in the FNAF universe) didn’t like this change? It could explain Monty’s hostile personality. He’s mad because people aren’t giving him the love and respect that he wants, which explains why he wants to become the main star. Second, if MXES is supposed to be the guardian of the security nodes, who was it that set them up? Matpat even stated in a theory video that MXES is probably an old security program, but if he is old, why would he be guarding security nodes to a modern Pizzaplex? It’s possible Vanessa set them up, given that you need the Vanni Mask just to see them, she was probably setting them up. As for when she did it, it isn’t far off to guess that maybe she did it during the events of Security Breach, which would explain why he hardly even see her, but that’s speculation. Glitchtrap's false memory trick in help wanted 2 might explain chica crying. 'Everyone should fit their name.' Chica in the past was posessed by Afton's first MCI victim susie whom be abducted from a pizzeria arcade during a birthday party with the promise of Afton returning a revived dead puppy to her(her puppy was hit by a car according to the pizzeria simulator maze mini game where the Susie easter egg is found). These memories falsly implanted into Chica's ai by Glitchtrap could perfectly explain her crying as she is sad for a past that is NOT her own. If she thinks she's Susie because she's Chica then she has 2 reasons to cry: Susie's death and the dead puppy. Her AI maybe being made to think it is a child as Glitchtrap controlled everything in the pizzaplex in security breach. So he messed with the heads of ALL the Glamrocks except Freddy because his collapse triggered a system reset which seems to have prevented Glitchtrap accessing his AI unit.

In response to this part: 2:23 In the intro cutscene, just as Freddy's eyes began glitching, you can actually _see_ Chica stop playing and turn her head to Freddy with a look of concern as the Camera swaps to his vision... In fact, when that happens, you can see Chica _slowly_ stops playing as she turns her head, as if horrified by what is happening. You can see it here at 3:47, just after Freddy drops his Mike. As for this part: 4:44... Roxy cries for two reasons... One is the Disfigurement, yes... But the second goes much deeper. You can actually find notes to employees that tell us that Roxanne was actually _programmed_ to lose her races after she had several winning streaks against birthday kids on her racetrack... Which effectively means that Roxanne isn't a Winner, and those trophies she is surrounded by? May as well be empty cups. Both Roxanne and Chica are rather tragic... Chica because she is trapped in a nightmare she seems somewhat aware of, but cannot wake up from, and the virus makes her binge on pizza, which results in damage to her internal structure and has made Fazbear Inc consider the option of Decommissioning her, nevermind that they were the ones who programmed her with the capability to eat in the first place. Meanwhile Roxanne was created to be a "winner", only to have her become hardwired to lose every race, her "Upgrade" has her talking to the other robots through walls because she does not realize there is a wall between her and them, making Pizzaplex visitors think she is malfunctioning, and has likely tanked her popularity.

Yet when you look at much of their games and attractions, many of them are absurdly hazardous to anyone who enters them. They say their food is "Healthy"... But when you look at them, they are greasy, heavy foods that are more likely to make you F-A-T. Hek, even one of their buyable items, the Fazcamera, is only able to be bought in the _one_ location, where it is not allowed to be used in, that being the Monty golf attraction, which outright bans _ANYTHING_ that uses flash photography... ...Yeah, they sell a very flashy camera, in the one location, that bans it _existing_ there... Which is why you find the Fazcamera in a security office. It was a confiscated item! Even _Chica_ is a walking contradiction! She is supposed to tell people to be healthy by having them exercise... And then she promotes unhealthy foods that make exercising after consuming them a very bad idea. (That Poor Hen.) So programming Roxanne to intentionally lose, then giving her an optical upgrade that is supposed to make winning races easier, but not removing the programming block on Roxanne that makes her lose in the first place? Sounds very fazbear incorporated. No wonder that poor Wolfess is so depressed.

My theory is that there's no "souls" in the animatronics, at least not in the traditional sense. The whole franchise kept getting better technological advances through the years, evident by Help Wanted, and now they don't even need to stuff them with carcasses to be sentient. Each one was given so much personality that they can think and feel, but they're still robots and are primed to their directive. Putting this all together, it makes sense why she'd be crying. I'd cry to if all I wanted to do was party and make people smile but was fixated on offing them instead

Issue, if she can sob while her voice box is removed... that can only be the result of paranormal activity, bc ofc she can't make that noise. The idea of fighting the corruption is cool and all, but if that's the case it implies Roxy and Monty are more then willing to kill kids by default, because they aren't resisting, which can't be true because we know Roxy stopped trying to harm Cassie the second she realized who she was. It should also be noted, that Chica has the FNAF1 Carl as her cupcake, as we have seen in the movie, Susie's soul can move from Chica herself, to the cupcake when needed, if this is potentially the original cupcake but fixed up, it could explain Chica's possession and why it even sounds almost identical to the FNAF1 Chica. How is Susie still around? A couple reasons, 1. She was still around in UCN, talking as a ghost, not W-Chica herself 2. Characters like the Puppet (as in the plushies) and William (as in burntrap/gltichtrap to an extent) still persist despite being burned, it seems like fire isn't the way to make souls pass on, seems more like an optional path to leave, but those determined can stay. 3. The only thing we learned about from Susie was that she was the FIRST, why? UCN meant to be well and truly the end for these souls, why tell her story then? It doesn't help us, unless of course it means that Susie is also the LAST member of the MCI to pass on. (just speculation) 4. Carl being her cupcake from a game design standpoint is really strange, I am sure steelwool would've been HYPED to design their own version, it feels so out of place that its almost as if Scott requested that it wasn't. 5. Chica gets a weird amount of focus, being the only animatronic that gets repaired. 6. Chica and Freddy having the same glitch makes sense if both are possessed, while the other two aren't. 7. Resisting programming is something paranormal, if Freddy and Chica both do that it's another connection. 8. Chica shares a similar bow tie to Susie herself, an interesting potential hint. Annnd more but I honestly can't remember the rest, this should do though.

There is a logical explanation to that. In the final cutscene in the custom night Sister Location, we see Springtrap at the end. Even the character encyclopedia calls this Dark Springtrap, and it states that it’s similar to the original Springtrap, but slightly more damaged. We can even see that in the cutscene, Springtrap is missing his pelvis. It’s obvious to guess that he just tried to fix himself up, but didn’t do a good job, given most of his flesh is gone, and he’s missing an arm.

Given in his FNAF 6 form, he’s mostly made of bone and has some flesh in him. And given his suit is less green and gross looking than in his FNAF 3 form, who’s to say William found a withered Spring Bonnie suit, and used it to fix himself? Scraptrap has two buck teeth, and in FNAF 4 in the night 4 mini game, we see a Springbonnie head with buck teeth. It’s also believed that the pizzeria simulator location is the Fredbears location, given in SL, we see a map layout of it, with a vent that’s connected to the Bunker. Not to mention Ruin seems to support this. I mean, we do go into the room where Burntrap emerges from, and it’s connected to an office that’s believed to be Henry’s. Not to mention The Mimic was trapped in what looks like a locker room with costumes that are circus themed, and there’s an ending where we see a new version of the scooper. Ok, I’ve done enough rambling. Sorry. 😂🤦‍♂️

My idea is that chica felt alone, she (and Freddy but ya know he’s a good guy ) is the only one out of the band to be a classic,she was not special and that could be sad for her, and to make it worse the only one who has the same feeling is taking from her and the others without even knowing. It proves how weak minded Freddy is. And if chica sees this she probably will think she’s the same and does not want her special thing (her voice box) to be taken and become as weak as her friends as she can’t protect them in that state. I think that’s also why in ruin if you give her the voice box back she try’s to move but fails probably her thinking if she got that back she would get it all back.
