One reason why this experiment failed may be that your 4 cylinders are rotating in the same direction. In the 3M factory, according to the drawings, there were two pairs of counter-rotating cylinders. These create the toroidal moments and structure of Ken Shoulders' EVO. The EVO has a non-radiating boundary through which you cannot get in or out. A hexagon shape with six cylinders might be suitable for your rotating loop, thus creating counter-rotating pairs of cylinders with charges on them!! The loop will be in the shape of a curved triangle. You need to get the size of the cylinders right, the spacing of the cylinders, ...Bob Greenyer is the expert on this. If the diameter of the cylinder is D, the distance between the two opposing cylinders is 2D. Two more cylinders of the same diameter should fit between the two.

Perhaps, making use of initial combination the superconductor from BISCAO , I mean Bismuth -strontium-calxium--copper-oxide is a good example of negative mass materials as exotic matter do.

Nice looking setup, but you'd be much better off with building a holder for two spools with a charger in between (which doesn't arc) similar to an audiotape/VHS mechanism. The factory has huge spools, the electric field from even a small charge adds up given the number of layers

Like a real challenge?Try a gearless Differential system of gas units that push pull in harmony with charged to discharge the noble exchange both sides are the groundworks of density changes Think of dielectric gelatin and bubbles that push pull in one piece of the gearless Differential system the others is the free flows of everything else in bubble that have a large amount temperatures in gas particularly the heavy ones and the light ones the spherical parts of the bubble trapped and do an expanding space and a shrink release in the mindset of a mechanism to create a new idea of currents in a position of space timed and the body expands like that can do a causality of motion now place it in a gearless Differential mechanism that will do rotional works the expansion contraction focus a charge introduced in the long side a diode drains the channel of charge on the short side the point of right turning or left turning depends on the one left or the right angle to to introduced charge not a resonance in the gas but some appear to happen still trying to understand that part but the conjugation of the gearless Differential has a way to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise it depends upon side one from side two.

Now if the plastic at 3M plant was a giant roll of plastic that was rolled in dry conditions and got a massive charge built up on it that was never grounded, then unrolling the ungrounded roll rapidly might have discharge through the humid air continuously as it was unwound from the initial spool because the humidity would have provided a path for discharge. So surface area of charged plastic and speed of unwinding are the two factors to look at. But plastic has to be charged in dry atmospheric conditions, the dryer the better. But moisture in air gains a charge as well from the changes in phases of water. Example when water vapor transitions into a drop or ice crystal it gains a charge from the transition in state. This is how thunderstorms form when clouds are formed suddenly in the summertime from evaporated water vapor to drops in clouds or ice crystals at high altitudes. So rapidly humidified air from a water source would ensure the air has maximum charge capacity already built up. Bringing in the giant pre-statically charged roll, then unwinding it continuously and rapidly would release more charge than the air could hold and this may be source for that effect if it was real. Good luck.

High humidity prevents static charge build up. Dryer the air the better. Keeping humidity up prevents static charge damage to sensitive electronics during manufacture. At 65% humidity you just ensured static charge build up was impossible.

Yup! The first time I stayed in a hotel at altitude in New Mexico as a kid, my brother and I quickly discovered that we could shock each other by ripping the covers off one and other. It was the early 90s and the hotel used those fuzzy polyester blankets over the sheet. And, the mini lightining storm effect didn't take more than a few minutes to reset after each ripping separation of the sheet and fuzzy.

Why is the charge on the outside and ground on the inside? I would think the opposite would work better. Why not measure the magnetic field too? Since these are moving charges the E and B measurements would give you the Poynting flux and Momentum density of the field, and a measure of B will give both the charge and current density given a known tape velocity. The balls appear to be a bust, LOL!

I don't understand why falcon space isn't putting all of their efforts into trying to create Exotic Vacuum Objects? This phenomena has proven to be the most direct shot to anti gravity and countless other useful effects. Why not talk with Bob Greenyer and figure out the best one to do? You likely have all of the equipment needed. You could collaborate with Hutchison who can help guide you. He has countless videos of levitation

I second that. The experimental setup I’d recommend trying is a pulsed nd-yag laser into an array of lenses (both can be purchased at a non-extravagant price) into water to initiate multiple, intense cavitation events.

I would like to work with them. I came up with an idea to use something like this for a spacecraft propulsion system when I was 12, in the late 70's. I spent some time studying electronics and physics to help develop this idea further. Over the following 2 decades I came up with several concepts based on that original idea.

I am an avionics system engineer and I thought of a possible prototype for AG aircraft. Okay, well this actually might not be anti-gravity, it actually might just be a better version of an airplane. The proposed concept involves the creation of a localized vacuum around a craft by first ionizing the surrounding air and then using a strong magnetic field to manipulate the ionized particles. This approach could theoretically reduce atmospheric drag and enable propulsion through a pressure differential. Here’s how it might work: 1. Ionizing the Air The first step is to ionize the air surrounding the craft. Ionization involves stripping electrons from neutral air molecules (primarily nitrogen and oxygen), converting them into charged particles (ions). This could be achieved using microwaves in a resonant cavity, high-energy lasers, or plasma generation systems. By focusing energy into a specific region around the craft, the air molecules in that region would be converted into a conductive plasma, making them highly susceptible to electromagnetic forces. 2. Magnetic Field Manipulation Once the air is ionized, a toroidal magnetic confinement system could be employed to generate a strong, dynamic magnetic field. The magnetic field would interact with the ionized particles, exerting forces on them via the Lorentz force. By precisely controlling the magnetic field’s intensity and gradient, the system could push the ionized particles away from the craft, creating a low-pressure or near-vacuum region. 3. Creating a Pressure Gradient for Propulsion The creation of a vacuum in front of or around the craft would result in a significant pressure gradient between the surrounding atmospheric pressure and the low-pressure region. This gradient would naturally drive the craft toward the vacuum, providing propulsion without the need for traditional engines. The lack of drag in the vacuum region would enable the craft to achieve incredible speeds and maneuverability, similar to the reported capabilities of some UAPs. 4. Power Source and Control The system would require a highly advanced, possibly unknown power source, capable of sustaining the intense energy demands of air ionization and magnetic field generation. A speculative possibility is tapping into zero-point energy from the quantum vacuum. Additionally, an AI-driven control system would be necessary to dynamically adjust the ionization parameters and magnetic field gradients to ensure stability and precise movement. Also the power generation could could in the form of a nuclear reactor, comparable to the ones we have on our subs.
