Since Hg produces strong electric fields when rolling over any surface, if the VESSLE ENCLOSURE of the Hg conduit happens to be made of BaTi either O2 or O3 variant, we can expect PHONONS to be generated rotationally in the piezoelectric barium ceramic as the Hg atoms make and break field contact with the barium housing as it circulates... And yes, this combination and method can be a powerful influencer of the gravitational flux response for these specific materials and their surrounding relativistically generated spacetime envelope...
