Leadership combos: 1. Have a great atmosphere (get rid of cynicism). 2. Expectations (Where do you set your expectations?) •God meets us at the level of our expectations. 3. Great unity (be on the same page). 4. Great buy-in (there is nothing better than being apart of this!) 5. Great diversity (age, socioeconomic background, skin color, etc.) 6. Great systems. 7. Excellent Mission and values. 8. Great empowerment. 9. Great maturity.

Don’t let people steal your smile. Discouragement comes but don’t let it affect your leadership. 1. Stay the course and stay focused. 2. Have tough skin-you need to maintain a soft heart while having a tough exterior. -Smiles are contagious, you want others to experience the same joy you have. -Don’t take yourself seriously, because no one else does! 3. Double down in your mission, vision, and values. -This keeps you going! 4. Be a influence instead of being influenced. -Remember: what is around you gets on you, what is on you gets in you, and what is in you gets around you. -This requires a self confidence, a understanding of who you are, and winning with people! -You can’t influence with what you can’t win. -Feed yourself with the things that fosters your mission and vision. 5. Life is about 3 things: Leadership, Stewardship, and Relationships. -The happiest people have great relationships, and they work on them! 6. Don’t let discouragement stop you from giving it your all. -Do your best to have a merry heart and a good countenance. -Your eye contact is affected.

They will remain single and die alone if they don’t change their standards on men. There a VERY FEW men who want to marry a mid-30’s aged woman when he can get a younger Christian woman. This is the reality of her path they are girls from ‘LA’ if all places and want a masculine and God fearing man…. Let that sink in 😢😢

1. Disconnection leads to Discontent. •We need to be connected to the organization to have the contentment. 2. The more I get disconnected, the harder it is to see it for what it is. •I cannot see strengths, I can only see weakness. •This is where gossip is born. 3. Disconnection leads to discouraged. •Connection to takes us from discouraged to courage. 4. Disconnection leads to exponential exhaustion. •It starts at a slow loss and leads to exhaustion. •We need connection to have the energy needed to continue to connect. 4 Pluses… 1. When I connect with my people, that is the greatest joy. 2. Connection leads to momentum. •When you feel that you can’t do anything, connection leads to momentum. 3. Connection brings energy. •It leads to aura, energy, and passion. •A connection can change the whole trajectory. 4. Connection brings fulfillment. •It your organization never connects, you don’t know what your win was. Your not on the same page.

Really good! Love the "leading with your gut" thought. It takes a good discerning leader to be a good deciding leader. Good discernment leads to good decisions.
