A+ Leadership qualities: The enemy of the best is the great. 1. Agree -Be the person who can find something to agree with someone on. A agreeable leader is a leader people are comfortable being around. -Were not argumentative. 2. Avoid. -“The prudent see and avoid potential evil…The simple move forward unknowingly.” -A leader who is in the top avoids the bad, the good, and Strives for the best. -Avoid 1. Drama. 2. -“Do not stir up your youthful lusts.” On other words, keep them dormant. -Do not have feet that run towards evil, get out, avoid evil. 3. Admit. -An isolated leader-One who does not admit and be accountable to at least one leader, does not go far. -“There are 2 types of leaders-Those who are 10s, and everyone else.” 4. Ask a lot of questions. -How do you want to show up? Prepared, with a list of questions. -“The smartest people in the room are those who ask a lot of questions.” The big ones and the small ones. -Curiosity is bad in personal leaders, but an essential quality for a growing leader. -The mindset: “I am so shocked by the things I do know, I need to ask questions to learn more.” 4. Allow. -Leaders need to make an allowance for people to be around you, fail around you, and lead around you. -Controlling is not allowing one to grow, it makes them dependent on you. -Am I healthy enough to give grace? If I cannot give grace, I probably don’t give grace to myself. -1. I am tired (need physical nourishment and bodily care). 2. I need so much allowance, in full view of my faults I need it so I give it. -You are going to reap what you sow. -You can have such a slammed life that when someone makes a mistake, they cut them off instead of using it as an opportunity for growth. -Stop giving shame and condemnation in your life a place in your leadership.
