My testimony with this channel is I came across it a couple months ago when I saw your Jentzen Franklin interview. I’ve been hooked since. Then I saw you were preaching at the conference I was attending and I was like no way!! Bro that message impacted my life so much!! Inside out PART HEART! One of the best delivered messages on David I have heard. Thank you for investing into so many but also for investing and challenging me to live from the inside out and be all God has created me to be. 🙏🏼

Recipe for growth: 1. Be faithful. •Show up. •Faithfulness produces confidence, confidence produces trust from others. •It takes around 5 years to see long term change in an organization. •Notorious as a quality is different than effectiveness. •Leaders are in the business of servanthood. It is the compound of consistency. •Faithfulness should be tied into your identity, not a goal. •”Being a leader means being boring, being consistent.” 2. Availability. •Be open to distractions. •When you are available, it shows you are Faithful. •Be specific about dates and communicate. 3. Teachability. •Do not waste proximity around great leaders. Ask a lot of great questions. •Have a teachable spirit! •”You are going to get canceled…We need a generation that would be FAT…faithful, available, and teachable.”
