Can you create the same sounds on Nord Wave 2 or Stage 4? Or can you share (sell) parameters of the sounds. It’s a very great job!

I know this video is 6 years old, but i wanna say thanks.. I have had repro and diva demos on my PC for a long time and have been unable to pull the trigger since i didnt know which one i wanted/"needed". Playing along with this demo made me realize i need both lol.. but i picked up repro between my first and second watch of this video. I appreciate your teaching and presentation style. So thanks again!

There is so much to building a track those little tiny elelemnbts at the start just add subtle warmth and direction that is something else. Also is that Bitwig? seems a less cumbersome / efficient workflow. Trouble is switching from FL Studio would take so much time and learning curve but love the demonstration really impressed made me realise how much more i need to learn.

Just purchased both Diva Digital sound sets. Both sound absolutely incredible. Just what I was after as a 90s Trance clubber. Only thing I would've liked was the names of the presets to be the same as the track they're replicating. While this is the case for quite a few of them I'm constantly having to watch your videos with the preset names in to find certain sounds. And some of the presets in this video in particular have no name that resembles the track they're from so I'm yet to find them.

@AiynZahevSounds

It’s a hard sell today. But I will say it’s a quality instrument, lightweight and ideal for live performance. For studio work though? There’s so many other ways to go that it’s difficult to say. I think the Nord Wave 2 is much more versatile and has the same core sound, but it’s really big.

This is probably the one time you listen to a soundset and get the urge to buy a hardwere to install this. No one does the quality of sound design like this guy! I don't understand why the factory nord sounds don't have his presets!

Sounds sexy and analogish... Is the nord lead 4 multi timbral like the access virus ti with various waveforms...? What should I get my hands onto...? Access virus ti (used) Nord lead 4 (used) Or a brand new nord lead a1 which is still available in the Market?

@AiynZahevSounds
@AiynZahevSounds 2 ай бұрын
The filters are the same on both models and a1 lacks true unison. However it has more variety in its core waveforms and oscillator models and better effects. The nord wave 2 is the best synth from Nord today, it’s amazing however it’s so big and expensive. I wish they’d make a desktop version.

Hhhmmm, actually I've heard far worse. Besides, it does actually sound maybe not quite 100% quite like the original (perhaps due to some small differences in the sequencer rather than the synth engine), but I'd say that's certainly like 95% if not a bit more there. The filters are the exactly the same as on the original (albeit digital but they follow exactly the same modelling as the original) and the synth engine again albeit digital it does follow Roland's ACB Analog Circuit Behaviour. Plus both units have been made by Roland themselves so who better than Roland to create a rebirth model or the original? They know better than anyone the modelling of the circuits, filters etc. So I'd say if you really want to get as close to the sound of the original, you really can't go wrong with this unit. This is definitely one of your best bets.
