It's not what she says. it's what she doesn't say. Orlando is a big place, and there are several undesirable locations to be in. When they just mention the city and not WHERE in the city, the property is located, you can bet it is in one of the undesirable locations.

Esa casa le faltan clósets para guardar cosas. Hace varios meses la tienen en venta. El precio para el tamaño es alto. Taxes anual no indica.Verja es fea en madera. El área ubicada parece no es buena. Deben presentar más los alrededores donde está ubicada la casa.

Hola Marisol. Esta casa es perfecta para alguna familia pero no para todos. Ya la casa la tienen debajo de contrato y recuerde que parte de el proceso de comprar casa es tener una tasacion. El banco no paga mas que el valor de la propiedad. Es muy importante saber las opciones que tenemos en el momento de compra. Los taxes trato de dar un estimado pero el lender nos da algo mas preciso. Muchas gracias por ver mis videos :)
