The choke problem is an assembly fault..... The small wire loom plug for the choke control wasn't plugged in at assembly. All you need to do is partly open the unit, plug in the carby wire loom, and the problem is 100% fixed. Some little chinese guy had just one job to do !!! hahaha There is a video on KZbin how to fix this in minutes.....

Nice project RK. My neighbor had one when I was around 10 years old and would take us for rides. It didn't have a lot of power, but he took it only a couple miles from home. So this brings back good memories.

What company did you get your gaskets from? I've used LMC but atleast 3 different gaskets I got maybe 4 years ago are cracked pretty badly already. Also that velcro idea is genius, I'll have to do that on my 63

Thanks Bud!! I used LMC for most of my rubber and I have the same problem!! My door seals are from Dennis Carpenter, they were pricey but well worth it!!

IDK why this was recommended to me, but it's been over 20yrs since I've been on that thing, as I moved out of state over a decade ago and hadn't been down in quite awhile even before I left....so I'm going to watch it and pretend.....next up, Clementon Park and their flume (if it's still active, I just searched, I just found out they shut down and completely demolished The Jack Rabbit roller coaster that was there, potentially the oldest wooden roller coaster that was in America that I rode too many times, and they tore ut down 😖)

Стояла у нас такая в городке - качала воду, резервная водокачка. Была бирка с этим названием и стояла дата 1943. Скорее всего ленд-лиз. Но 20 лет назад было наводнение, здание водокачки смыло а оборудование разобрали на металлолом...

Losers gotta spew their “Me too! Me too!! Look at me. Acknowledge ME please”! text everywhere they go. Unconcerned with the mindless clutter created by spamming the same lame references that they CAN SEE have already littered the comments section 1000x over.

My old wagon has bearings in the wheels. A little oil and it’s as good as new. That looks like a little too much wheel to me. Might be hard to pull around at the shows in the dirt? Good luck and Cheers Buddy

Thanks Lloyd!! I agree, that's alotta wheel!! I would downsize if I found a good set of smaller wheels cheap!!☻

I have an Allied Hydraulics 2 1/4 ton floor jack the would go up a little but then immediately go down. I've had this jack for at least 30 years without issue until recently. When I disassembled the jack I found the seal damaged because there were 2 large gouges inside the cylinder bore. The had to have been in there since the jack was new. There were also gouges on the outside of the bore with has no effect on the jack operation. I used a little JB Weld to fill the gouges and then used a brake hone to smooth them out.

Looking at the one side with the name it also has a phone number, since it is a 11 digit number I would guess that this one is an early to mid 60's model.
@ruben_balea7 күн бұрын
What was the intended use of those things? Because the design of the handle seems to allow it to be driven from the inside and I can imagine kids going down hills on it at 60 mph The "vintage" models I seen (made) in Spain had a fixed handle to be pulled or pushed by an adult... but I was born after safety was invented 😅

Put on the new coil just like you did and still no spark. Coil gap is 10 and spark gap is 20. Can't find your video on how to set the points properly, but I should get a spark, right?
