Nice job, I can't even imagine trying to do the body work on this Harley as bad as it was. I was a welder, and worked in a couple fab shops. One was sheet metal, the other was heavy steel. We used flux core wire using 600 amp Lincoln wire machines in the later one. myself I had a Lincoln SA 200 pipe-welder on my truck. I got into welding pipeline in the 1980's. Burnt a lot of 7018 over the years. It amazes me how you do excellent body work, and upholstery. Anyway, you are going to have that Servicar looking like new when you are finished. My name is Larry btw, Take Care my friend.

@@805ROADKING I believe at that time it was the best as well. I saw a friend break his arm crank starting one. The old ones are selling for BIG money still today.

Reinforcing that edge will make a world of difference! You have definitely put your time in on this project! I just finished a 1955 14F Briggs and Stratton water pump with a seized piston. It was a bear to get out. I put in a NOS piston, rings and gaskets. She runs like a top. Thanks!

Thank you Rodney!! I've never had a 14, but I have come across that stubborn piston!! That keeps things interesting!!☻

Nice job on the outboard fenders' skirts. Incorrect tail lights for a 1940's machine, correct for 1955 & newer.

You're doing a fine job there mate. DDB is going to be loving this. I was shittin myself around the 10:00 mark. Your shirt looked inches away from being eaten by the grinder. I'm not usually a safety Steve but I do have a bit of a gut and know you cant always see best beyond it lol. cheers mate.

I know, I know, you said not to get excited. Sorry. After seeing how good they look, I admit the excitement was causing me to shake and sputter. Ha Ha I'm kidding. They DO look great, though. I'd say you won't bend them any time soon. Well done, RK.

Poor Harley has really been run through the ringer because of those dumb gay commercials. The new president has been pushing.
