I’m normally a very active person and recently fractured my foot. I’ve been feeling so bummed about not being able to work out or run while I recover and I’m so happy to have found this workout. It’s a great workout that hits all the muscles and helps me work up a good sweat. Thank you!

I'm 16 and unknowingly ran on a stress fracture on the second metatarsal almost all cross country season. I just got put in a boot this week and ordered to not bear weight on my foot. I'm not supposed to run for 2-3 months. I'm going to try this workout over the next week or so and see how it goes! <3

just did this after my usual workout, was fun and easy to follow! would love more of these 30min walking sessions with taylor's music! also, please see if you could add/mention how many steps these include, would help a lot! :)

I also broke my 5th metatarsal. This video is a great workout! Thanks for showing that we should work out both sides of our body. And thanks for not talking during the exercise part so that we can listen to our own music. With ❤ Rikki.

I'm going to do this for 2 weeks Day 1 : so hard, the next day I got a leg cramp in the morning Day 2: 1-2 excersize felt a bit easier and today I tried this in the morning and also at night Day 3: I do it 2 times tonight, i don't think my belly is changing much because today i ate a lots of junk food, but tomorrow I gonna reduce it and go on a diet, not sure but I will Day 4:much more easier, I didn't take any breaks and also have been doing other workout Day 5: didn't see changes maybe i wasn't controlling my appetite but the workout getting easier and easier and this also become my night routine Day 6: done Day 7: i skip it today because of privacy reasons maybe for a few days Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Like my comment for reminded me of this workout

My little one is 14w and my recovery was long and difficult due to complicated traumatic delivery. I'm finally well enough to shift the pregnancy weight and my LO loved this. We'll be doing it regularly! Thank you

Day 1-✅️ IT WAS VERY VERY VERY INTENSE (i wish i had bigger caps to express that feeling). Day 2- ✅️ the cramps were hitting the spots fr Day 3- ✅️ still the same, but was easier to do it Day 4- ❎️ the muscle was killing me, so decided to give it a break Day 5- ✅️ it was much easier to do it

I broke the exact same bone in my foot and I broke it stepping off a small step that I did not see. I have been in a boot now for three weeks. I’m 73 years old and was in amazing physical shape because I went to the gym almost every day. This injury was extremely depressing for me but am thrilled to find something to do instead of watching my muscles turn to mush!!!!

Thanks so much for making and sharing this video. I fractured the second metatarsal of my right foot three weeks ago. I hate not being able to be as active as would normally be the case. This was so helpful. I hope your own foot is fully healed by now.

Really appreciate this video- after 5 weeks of doing exercises with broken ankle and foot- most have been on my knees and hands- so this is a nice rest for my wrists. Love the music too! Thank you💛

My foot is in a cast for 6 weeks, and then I’ll have 6 weeks in a boot. I’m a workout junkie, and your KZbin videos are great and keeping me sane (and fit)! I would LOVE it if you would make a few more! #week5of12nonweightbearing

Trying this for 7 days, except I won;t bail out like others who haven't updated in months Day one: felt the burn, of course no results yet (currently night time) Day two: 2 minutes in and I wanted to give up but I didn't.

After my post op appointment , getting my stitches out after foot surgery I will try these exercises as I was working out with weights but I will still have a pin in my toe so some I won’t be able to do until 6 weeks , non weight for 6 weeks for me .. and partial weight for another 4 weeks .. thx I had a bunion, plantar plate repair, joint, and second toe straighten with a pin as it was dislocated for years

Trimalleolar fracture with dislocation. I'm 1 week post op and can't tolerate being on the chair that long due to foot swelling :*(
