Day before I turned 65, (a week ago) I broke my ankle and foot (no surgery needed, so I count myself very lucky!) Hadn't missed a morning ride on my bike (on trainer) and yoga for 4-5 years. Not an option to stop everything. Along with rest and ice, I've done some form of strength & flexibility exercise to keep my muscle toned and so I don't injure my "good leg/foot." Also read that hip mobility can suffer with these injuries- so these exercises are wonderful to keep my hips strong and flexible. Thank you for this video!

Ankle dislocation and fracture with surgery and bed rest but I was depressed that can’t do work out but saw ur hurt foot work out videos and got happy and started doing on my seven day of surgery

Hi. I have been doing your workout and it has been helping. 1.month ago I hurt my a foot after running. I believe it is my akilies tendon after stretching. I am very active and it has been frustrating to stop with a boot and pain. I do not want to gain wait.

Non weight bearing sometimes include the leg, if You had a fall or accident most likely your leg is Also hurt or maybe have other issues, You do strain the leg while You are recovering and the good leg and foot because You use them more.

I fractured my fibula about 5 weeks ago and this workout has helped me so much! I was in tip-top shape after doing strenuous hikes all season and was so bummed about losing my conditioning, but this became one of my go-to things for keeping my mind and body on the right track. It has a great vibe and is hard enough that I feel like I've done something. Thanks for creating it!

Thank you so much for making this! I just fell down some stairs and fractured a bone in my left foot. I didn't want to miss working out for the full 5-6 weeks of healing. So happy to have found this and your other videos

In 2008, I dislocated my tibia and broke my fibula. 2 plates, 13 screws were put on and then removed a year later. Always had ankle problems since then, not about a week ago my ankle got very very mad... New Mri and xray show significant arthritis, bone growth where is it not supposed to be, cysts, cracks in the midal dome. Trying to stay positive, but boy., it's hard. I normally weight train to other KZbin channels, glad to have found yours. See the doctors in 4 weeks.

I’m trying to get a flat stomach and I thought I feel the burn with every flat stomach workout but this one I could feel it the heat and the core in my chest and it hurt but I still did it!!!!

Doing this for 2 weeks (prob more if I like the results) Day: 1 ✅ it was good Day 2: ✅ decided to try running 4 miles a week to help burn more belly fat! Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ it defined my abs a little Day 5: ✅ there’s more detail and I’m starting to see a line 💪🏽💪🏽 Day 6: ✅ felt the burn and decided to try dieting Day 7: ✅ it still burns but I feel good and im starting to see the details 😋 Day 8: ✅ I was out of breath 😭😭 but it really strengthened my core updating tomorrow since I’m gonna be coming back to this video!!

Thank you for this workout! I messed up my Achilles tendon overtraining for my first half marathon…which is now not going to happen:( But this workout gave me hope I can continue to strength training while I wait for my ankle to heal.

At 31 weeks and doing this exercise. I need this badly as I am not briskwalk oftentimes. And I just modify to slow pace if I can't catch up with your movements. Thank you!

Can things like twists and the leg-based excercises work without the crunch type excercises? I have a wonky neck and crunches really hurt; the last thing I want to do is injure myself. Thanks!
