Yeah the Sunlu ABS-like has very inconsistent pricing in Germany and the EU in general. Which is a shame cuz it's a great resin^^ Sometimes it's more expensive than other similar resins, sometimes closer to US prices. Wish the supply was better

In short yes, if you have 110v you need to replace a board but except for that it's a good machine. Btw i dislike bambu too🤫

What should I consider as potential drawbacks with the Anycubic Kobra S1 Combo? One specific question I have is: If I use the printer with just one filament roll, where would it be located on the machine? Where can I find this information?

I don't care the SSR is "perfectly fine" for 220V, I want it replaced anyway for my own and house safety.

Really great video, guys! It’s a shame the Core One printer wasn’t running during the shoot-would’ve been awesome to see it in action. I’m actually thinking about getting one. You guys really nailed the details, and it looks amazing. Great job, keep it up! 👌

If i remember correctly all these printers where display only. Only the XL printers where running. And thank you! I might get sampled late Q1 👀 very excited

Stopped the video at 0:25s. "Polymaker didn't sponsor the video"...okay. "They just send this stuff for free" o so they did sponsor. Conclusion in the title therefor rejected.
@NoizieWorks4 күн бұрын
@GreenPlasticWaterCan sponsoring = money, sending products for review is not. This is commonly accepted as a normal transactional agreement in the review space. At least I disclose it unlike others, i have a review policy if you want to know how I works but spoiler alert it's almost a copy paste from teaching tech.

Thanks to your methodic way of testing is that there is a reliable source of information to compare resins. Please, keep your channel this way, you are the voice that will shout the flaws and truths that others decide to hide for the sake of money. I appreciate your honesty and bravery to stand against edited content. I see the editing of content so similar to propaganda. It is great to see the channel grow, please keep doing the honest reviews. Its the only way to know if companies are actually worth any attention.

Could you imagine if an office laser printer company like HP or some other tried to RFID printer paper effectively locking out all other brands of off the shelf 8.5X11 printer paper, that's what Bamboo is trying to do. Based on this channel reviewe, Clough42 & others I finally decided to get in the game and purchasing the Qidi Q1 Pro and I absolutely love it. I purchase filiment from a multitude of different brands most recently Fiberon PETG-CF and it's amazing especially at their price point. I wouldn't even consider buying the equivalent from Qidi based simply on $$$. *** DEMAND OPEN SOURCE RFID ***

I appreciate your videos and your keeping things honest and real. I have lost respect for some of the other reviewers as I am noticing they are not genuine. This can be very costly and not fair to people looking for an honest review before spending their hard-earned money. For example, I have watched some reviews that absolutely shit in Anycubic resin printers in order to favor elegoo. I own 2 elegoo s3u and now 7 Anycubic including m5s, m7pro, m7 max and mono 4 ultra. All paid with my hard earned money. That being said I think the Anycubic is a much better printer than the elegoo, but most reviews I watched seem to favor elegoo. I don't ever plan on owning a heygears printer as I think they are ripping people off and way overpriced especially the cost of resin. Uniformation is another one that for the money I get much more value with the Anycubic.
@NoizieWorks5 күн бұрын
Thanks✌️ heygears is the biggest red flag i have ever seen imo. Elegoo produces very mediocre printers except for the S4U and the jupiter imo. Haven't used other brands this far as i found out that resin printing isn't my thing. I'm picking up the resin testing gauntlet next year, had to pause it just because i got so sick of doing them. Thanks for sharing!

I got 2 of those boxes, 1 with pla pro and the other with pet-cf. after drying it goes to 23%-27% and after few hours it goes to 33%-37%. not sure how yours staying at 14%
@NoizieWorks5 күн бұрын
You might want to give them a bit more time, if it's very wet the preset times could not be enough. The filaments below 20% are done with the 3nozzle setting, nozzle 2 is around 20 and pla is closer to 30%.
@nickynorton6 күн бұрын
Have you tied weighing the filament Before and after drying to see if it actually lost moisture
@NoizieWorks4 күн бұрын
No, i get why as it shows you how fast it can dry but i have put in enough wet filament to know it's all fine. Weirdly enough the Aceaddity pla likes to get wet even out of a fresh seal.

The Core One looks like a great printer. Not just good, simply great. The one you want to buy if you are serious about the quality of your prints and the versatility of 3D printing, not just generating tons of useless flexi toys to impress the crowd like Bambu and it's fanboys do.

No irony nor cherry picking in that statement at all... And no, I don't own either printer. The fanboys on each side are incredibly tedious as you so aptly demonstrated.

As someone who runs a 2d printing business, chips on ink cartridges are one of the most annoying things ever. I have a couple of printers which have a system that hasn't been bypassed yet despite being on the market for 3 years. I really hope 3d printing doesn't go the same way. If it does they will increase the price of filament massively. I have to pay about 7 times more for ink from the official supplier than from a third party.
@shadow501pl7 күн бұрын
Most 3d printer software is open source or based on open source software, also there are many companies that try to keep the open source spirit so i dont think rfid will catch on with most companies

I hate when vendors says 'limited number of customers have issues X' - devices are mass produced so EVERYONE will have these issues sooner or later. Use cases might be different, but the end result will be the same. I really want to love the Qidi ... thankfully I need to wait until spring to buy another printer. Hopefully enough time to fix all these issues.

I'm not an expert or anything, but RFID is pretty standardized already. The issue is encryption. The data on the Bambu spools is readable by any old RFID reader, but it's gibberish unless you have their key. That means it's potentially an issue that can be fixed in the future with software/firmware updates. For example, if you have multiple RFID data structures, you can 'teach' your AMS how to read them all. Even the encrypted ones just need the key. The real challenge is convincing the manufacturers to give up the revenue stream that a closed ecosystem brings. Dropping a spool in and not having to set anything up is a huge value add - this is why you want it standardized, after all. Opening that up to the competition is not a great business decision.
@NoizieWorks9 күн бұрын
@paulpardee I'm also not an expert and yes RFID is pretty standardized in commerce. The encryption part is the thing that worries me the most. I understand that it's part of a revenue model (or they want it to be) but that doesn't mean that you have to lay down and take it.

@NoizieWorks ok cool thanks! I actually just took apart my extruder this morning and saw that yellow piece, so the guy that I bought it from must have already put this kid in. But the locking lever is still the silver one. Do I need to get a new one, or will it still work the same?
@NoizieWorks10 күн бұрын
@kyleeaton1709 it's not the new extruder, this a revision attempt before the final extruder/hotend. If you don't experience problems you can just continue and order the latest version as a spare.

i hate my mind...... i got an idea... prusa make upgrade software for prusa mk4 to prusa core... that mean you could change software from cartesian to coreXY movement.... what its mean........... you not always need to buy upgrade part (prusa core one upgrade) to make "prusa core one".... with software upgrade to prusa coreone... mk4 could use any coreXY frame like vzbot, voron, etc for base design... i hope some youtuber realize this and build one like prusa mk4 voron mod... this make community of DIY 3d printer more open to future upgrade.... goooooooood job prusa....!!
