So glad to see the Xbox One X supported. It really is a great system but the Switch version is the big surprise. It looks great and you can have all this on the go. Thanks for the comparison.

Honestly I don’t notice the low frame rate. I think all of you guys are just high level “gamers.” It’s really not that bad.

On PC (using Yuzu) you can play at 60fps and with clean graphics if you configure it correctly, I'm playing this way here

I love emulation but using yuzu to pirate games is so lame. Plus it just drives Nintendo to keep targeting emulators and it ruins it for the rest of us.

They both look fantastic but I to me the switch version looked like it has a little bit more color saturation than the xbox one did!

yeah, if you compare Frontiers Cyberspace with Xbox (Series at least, dunno about One) and Switch, you'll notice that the Switch version actually looks better. The colors are so much better. The Xbox version has a weird filter on it and also the shadows are broken on Xbox. I have no idea what Microsoft is doing.

A comparison of Sonic X Shadow Generations on the Nintendo Switch VS the original Sonic Generations on the Xbox One X. It may seem like an odd comparison, but considering the Xbox One X actually played the original Sonic Generations at 4k, I thought it would be a fun comparison.

Que raro, la versión de Android que muestras se ve muy negro y feo, yo lo compare desde mi s24 y mi switch y la de android se ve exactamente igual y con mejor resolución por la pantalla 1440, pero con mucho mejor rendimiento, funciona hasta, 120 fps y la de switch a 30fps

Still think A Link Between Worlds did a lot of things better than Echoes of Wisdom. Echoes feels like a downgrade in some ways

I still find ALBW to be my favorite "modern" 2D Zelda game, personally. I do enjoy Link's Awakening and Echoes of Wisdom as well, but A Link Between Worlds just stands out to me more.

Glad I had a Component Video Cable for my GameCube back then. Definitely helped the resolution Now just waiting for Echoes & Corruption. Wonder if they'll ever remake 007 Agent Under Fire??

Did they add a brown filter on the PC version? I would assume that's why some think the PS5 version looks better here. Everything is so brown on PC.

To this day, it baffles me how a game that is developed and optimized for a specific console can run so badly. 40fps max out of battle at 1080p, and 60fps in battle at 720p... while in performance mode!! We don't even talk about resolution mode. 30-40fps is just unplayable for a modern game like FF16. If we were talking about some pixel art game from the last century, you wouldn't notice sh*t, but this right here gives you motion sickness from hell. Just take some time to optimize your games, dammit...

This video comparison and KZbin video quality cant notice a difference between PC and PS5 but for sure it only when you play at Graphics Mode, turn into Performance Mode and we all know that PC clearly win.

The PS5 version appears blurrier and less vibrant compared to the PC version. Additionally, on PC, you can unlock the FPS in cutscenes, which enhances the overall experience and making it much more enjoyable to play.

The game was such a beast on the PS5 that comparing with PC's highest settings you'd be stumped to find a difference. This game really put on display square's continued dominance in the graphics department.. After having played the heck out of this game, i REALLY couldn't be more excited to play what's next. It'll be a hard game to 1up so let's see where we go next, 17 will no doubt be a crazy ride for sure!

Square is hurting right now. I would not be so sure that they pump as much money into FF anymore. FF17 is years out as well. Kingdom Hearts 4 or FF7R3 is next up and thats also at least 2 years away.

@@Vartazian360 It's hard to vision a future where square doesn't invest large amounts into FF anymore. I know they haven't met expectations lately but I feel like it's too early for them to slow down on throwing cash at FF just yet. I think Multiplatform will increase sells by a good bit, especially if the switch 2 is gonna be in there sights.. But yeah KH4 is gonna be great and with all it's ties to Versus 13, it'll cover that Final Fantasy itch for lot of us! So the wait will be just fine and hopefully profits increase in the meantime.

Since uploading this I have made a new and improved FF16 graphics comparison. Link is in the description. Unfortunately I didn't have the settings on PC optimized correctly which resulted in the PC footage in this video coming out much more blurry than it should given the hardware it was played and recorded on (RTX 360). The new comparison fixes this issue with fully re-recorded footage for both PC, with the settings properly optimized, and the PS5 in "graphics" mode.

PC version was recorded on an RTX 3060 with settings maxed out at 1440p resolution and DLSS enabled and set to Quality. PS5 version was recording in Graphics mode. This is the 2nd FF16 comparison I've made and this is due to the fact that the 1st one, unfortunately, didn't have the PC versions settings optimized to look as good as it can.

ah yes... good ol' dlss...... my 3070 doesn't like this game.... on LOW settngs. my 7900xtx is fine with it on high. i don't know why my old rig hates some games.

the ps5 version shows exactly why i can't stand newer games without reshade. the colors are all drowned out and it looks like the whole scene is covered in dust. idk how the devs think that shit looks good

Lighting and color grading on PC looks much more natural. Skin actually looks like skin and isn't overly yellow like the PS5 version.

Konami doesn't do much these days, but this remake is a 10/10 for classic Castlevania fans and it shows they still have it in them if they want to.
