A beautiful design. My dad had one from 1965. A beautiful light grey color with a white roof. It looked sharp and it was a sweetheart.

I was hoping for a piston rings change since the head was already out.... I'm pretty sure they were not in a good condition considering the amount of crud inside.

while this video is cool its really dangerous to remove a battery with the fill holes even with gloves and any trace of even crystalized battery acid can cause immense skin dammage

Cars used to be simple machines, it was way easier for DIY repairs. It's a pity they don't make it that way. My lawn tractor is way more sophisticated than this car.

Not sure WD40 is the right choice in this case (it will work for a while then it will suck again) ... It's ok for rusty bolts & nuts but it also degrease the mechanisms. Maybe use other cleaner products instead ...

Meu avô tinha um Ford taunus 12m super 1400cc 4 cilindros em V. Melhor carro que ainda andei a conduzir até ter um acidente pois não tinha prática nenhuma.
