Well, the rear wheel wells are roached, so that gives you the opportunity to put in a set of minitubs. combine those with the relatively inexpensive full face quarters (the one without the sail panel or door jamb) Ignore the floors and rockers for now. Fix or replace the cowl bulges.

It's clesr LS engines and turbos aren't really your thing, but it would be cool to go with something uniquely American and underrated. Consider using an Atlas 4200 from an '02-'09 Trailblazer and pairing it with a Saginaw or something similar. That setup would be both unique and interesting. Plus, I have a feeling 4.2s are going to gain popularity soon.
