I love this movie, I dont get all the hate it gets. I feel like most people didnt like how far it went from the original Lewis Caroll's Alice, but then the same people will complain that some other Alice in Wonderland movies are too much like the original.😂 And why would you not want soem change in movies? 4:54 technically that isn't true. A vast majority of chicken eggs that are laid are unfertilized eggs. If you didn't notice they only have one Rooster, so pretty much all the eggs here would be unfertilized. So they're not exactly stealing their kids away. Hens like women pass their eggs regardless of fertilize or not, just in the case of chickens they're laid and normally abandoned by the Hen or left in a nest until it well rots. This is actually one of the reasons birds were among some of the first animals that became domesticated. This process of eggs laying was very convenient and easily controlled by just keeping the male bird population to a minimum ie Dinner time, and keeping the female population high, so plenty of unfertilized eggs for consumption.

Also, it makes perfect sense that they recognize their dad before their mom. Their dad almost certainly had royal portraits throughout his life, so they know what he looked like at a young age. Their mom was Northuldra, and came to the kingdom later in life, so she probably did not have much, if any, photographic evidence of her when she was younger. The scarf was the clear connection.

This is one of my favorite movies of all time. Like not just Disney. This is a top ten movie for me.
