Bro, having to find s place to sit the cap is as much of a pain. My softail doesnt have a switch on the stand. my biggest bitch , is paid 20,000 for a bike and still need to dump 5,000 more to get the power a victory has. Its a shame they no longer make the victory because they're better bikes..

Aha! you ended up cutting more than you can chew up, there goes part of the frame, then again, the stock exhaust is quite a piece a junk! I don't believe Polaris was the one who used to manufacture those stock pipes for the Victories; my modified rear stock exhaust, just blew up couple of days ago while decelerating from almost 120 mph, never in my life I had any kind of exhaust (aftermarket or stock modified or not) blowing up...anyhow, that trask is nice and loud!

I have a 2000 Victory 92. The cool part is Victory built it with common parts, It has many Harley parts on it now. It is a great bike. In Arkansas, parts are actually fabricated in the shop.

Got it last month after trading my 2013 Sportster 1200 custom. This is level up for me: smooth power, no vibrations and can handle the highway with ease. 60 mpg within the city doesn't hurt either and it looks gorgeous.

The spark plug wires are more of an efficiency thing. I would recommend a "preformance" coil pack & irrudum plugs. If you don't upgrade the plugs with it, it's more than lickly you will need new plugs soon anyway. Learned that with on old jeep. Found your channel through this vid. I just got a 2011 Victory Vegs 8-Ball. I have plans for this thing

I had the same rpm issue which does not drop quickly with this same murrays kit on 1982 cb750k. It was not a cable routing problem or air issues but the size of pilot jet #35 too lean for the configuration of my bike, I increased it to #50 to finally obtain a stable idle and a normal behavior. I also had to change main jet to #210 and lower the needle a step because the intermediate revs were ridiculously too rich and the bike was doing brrrrbrrr, spark plugs were weet.

1. Replace the gas cap with an aftermarket keyless one. Several companies make them. 2. I LOVE no kill switch on the kickstand. 3. You need to learn to drive the bike, the tranny setup is flawless! 4. absurd and ridiculous! There are a million choices for windscreens, LOOK around!! 5. absolutely understood! I hate the chrome speedometer. You can take the speedo cover and have it powder coated black!

When dropping down from a bank of four carbs to a two-into-four set up, you will lose a little top end horsepower. If you miss it, you can alter your final drive ratio (drive and driven sprockets) to suit. Jetting differently will also help mitigate any top end power loss.
@murrayscarbs62955 ай бұрын
Sorry, but incorrect. We dyno test each and every one of our kits and don’t release them until they out perform the stock carbs at all ranges.
